Great service received. The staff was very helpful when my mother in law needed to get her medication whilst travelling.
Absolutely disgraceful service where no one answers the phone. I live far away from my mum and she needs her medication delivered to her. I called and called and I called m. My mum is regular at this pharmacy and she is old age. Old recommend you to anyone. Improve in your phone system otherwise you won’t have any customers left

I visited this small pharmacy on my way to Heathrow Airport as my Ventolin puffer had just about run out. They were able to manage an emergency script for me to purchase one for the long trip back to Australia. The staff were very kind, considerate and professional, it was genuinely appreciated, thank you all.
I had a great experience at Kamani Pharmacy today. I was served by Karma, who gave me my vaccine. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process quick and comfortable. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was at ease throughout. Excellent service — I highly recommend Kamani Pharmacy and Karma.
The staff at this pharmacy isn't that bad at all but I would like to mention this one very young girl who always has got her head covered is very very rude and not cooperative aswell. I have been going this pharmacy for a very long time and last 2 times when I went there , luckily they weren't busy so I stood at the counter to be served . This young girl saw me waiting but she just kept on chatting to her colleague and the conversation was about families . Another guy popped in and stood behind me waiting, she saw him aswell but didn't bother to get up and serve us . When finally she got up and asked how can I help. I said prescription to pick up, she asked dob and I answered and I said the name before she asked . She looked at and said have I asked you yet. Kasmani pharmacy if this young girl is family then can't say much but if she is working then she really needs training big time to how to serve and how to talk to people. Very disappointed and sadly changing pharmacy for repeat prescription. Obviously it won't make any difference to kasmani but if you get to read it please give this young girl some valuable lesson. Sorry if I said too much.
a most horrible place to be at for someone who is already unwell. there staff neither respect nor care for people who are making them even richer by the minute. After over 30 years of use, advising all to ignore it like a plague.
I cannot fault the service I received at the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy to have my fit to fly COVID Antigen test. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Sana conducted my test and was not only efficient but kind and reassuring. I’m so grateful to her and the other staff members. My fit to fly certificate was emailed to me promptly. . I will definitely recommend the pharmacy. Extremely efficient!
I live very close to the Kasmany Pharmacy,since last seven years since I moved to the same place I am buying or collecting the prescription that GP send to this pharmacy,since last seven years the same disrespect and unprofessional service! poor service,I give to the gentleman with the glasses the private prescription that I even paid for! wasn't free!he was acting he is serving me,he was drinking his coffee....he noticed I am looking at him he go more inside...he was looking in a basket, around him a army of people, three men's on the computerthe regular lady on the teal another lady inside and another gentleman in the small room.... still waiting, whenever I go to Hayes town pharmacy, just two stuff serving,but never waiting for ages to get the medicine,if you go the whole town,u will notice less people, adequate service,and in the town they never touch them hairs touch the barb's same as they do in the Kasmany.... absolutely disgusting,I wonder how this pharmacy is allowed to serve people....many of the prescription are paid by the government,but the stuff not even bother to provide the right customer service....by the way in all others pharmacy,the stuff wear uniforms, instead here they put the hands onthem heads/hairs and barb's which is not polite and if this would be a food shop this will be against the health and safety rules,
Best pharmacy in town. My family is registered with Hayes medical centre and this pharmacy is right next to it, which is so handy to collect the medication. Staff is very friendly and respectful all the times, there is always someone to look after you even they look very busy all the time. Initially used for my daughter but after my son born in early 2020 I use this pharmacy a lot because of his allergies. New procedure we need to email GP and they send the prescription directly to pharmacy. I phone them to confirm before I go and staff on the phone is so polite. Prescription is perfectly labelled and just follow the instructions. All is well.
