The store is well-stocked and convenient. While it's not glamorous, it's undeniably useful, and I appreciate its role in making travel less stressful.

   I would give it 5 out of 5, reason being you can buy stuff at the same price, so why keep it in your checked luggage and overweight it? Just buy from duty free boots whatever you want like shampoo creams and I bought least 10kg more and no airline can stop me from carrying duty free stuff so yeah LOVE IT

   The pharmacy team were fantastic in arranging some urgent medicine from airport side (they didn’t have it in this store which is beyond security). Cool calm and collective the problem of getting the medicine from one side to the other was solved in under 40 mins. Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

   Friends recommended this place and I giddily queued for their three course tasting menu. First course was a modern take on the sandwich - a careful blend of chicken, chorizo with smoked paprika and chipotle chutney inside bread carefully cut into triangles that took me back to happy times when I used to visit my middle class auntie and uncle. Second course was sliced and fried potato crisps with PAPRIKA again, which made me laugh, which presumably was the chef's intention. Very whimsical. I DID NOT expect that. The third course was a bottle of Coca Cola - which was an odd end to be honest. Still, at £4.99 I cannot complain and I will definitely be back.

   I shopped at this store right away after landed at the Heathrow airport. Because of the TSA 311 regulation, I didn't bring a shampoo/ conditioner/ styling mousse / hair spray !! So I bought my fave Ogx 's Moroccan argan oil shampoo/ conditioner in travel sizes & John Freedman 's volume lift & anti humidity hair spray in travel size as well !! They kept my hair volume even in humid weather in Wales in summer !! My all time faves !! I also bought a deodorant there .I bought other things like body lotion ,etc. Disinfectant gels ,wipes .It all came so handy ! I tried to find their vegan quiches, but no avail !! I had been to several different Boots stores in London & Newport ,Wales ,none carried !! Bummer ! But,I got vegan plant based mini yogurt at Boots a couple of times as they were so - tasty !!! I recommend other travelers to do what I did & Boots at the airport& elsewhere were very useful !!

   Worse customer service I had at a boots store. A staff member was very rude in her tone of voice. I believe she was the manager even. I got a toothbrush with a price tag of £2.60 displayed right underneath it. When it was scanned at the tilt it came up as £7.50 . So I politely said that it shouldn’t be displayed where it was. The manager came out before even checking saying “ No Sir , it s at the correct place” she then takes me to show me and points out to a very small writing, which could be barely be seen saying “ this item is currently unavailable “ but with big numbers right under it “£2,60” . I explained that a lot of people are in a hurry as its the airport and many can’t read the very small writing. She said “ No Sir, it’s clearly visible” with a rude tone and walked off. !!! 2 starts because the staff at the pharmacy counter was very nice and said he will look into it…
