   Absolutely fantastic experience! My 11-year-old had been struggling with hearing issues and constant itching in his ears for a long time. After just one visit, Rishi at Health Pharmacy provided such compassionate and professional care, quickly and effectively removing the earwax build-up. The procedure was gentle, and they took the time to explain everything, which put my child at ease. Now he’s hearing clearly again and is no longer bothered by itchy ears. Highly recommend for anyone needing ear care – thank you so much!

   My grandma always comes to your pharmacy to get her medication, and she is extremely happy with the service she receives. She truly appreciates the care and professionalism of your staff. The pharmacist at the counter is well-trained and does her job with great expertise. We are very satisfied and will continue to bring all of our prescriptions here.    I had my Covid seasonal booster on 14/09/2022, but by today 21/10/2022 I was chasing by my GP surgery & NHS messages over 8 times to ask me to book the vaccination. Obviously this pharmacy doesn’t do the online update. ☹️

   My husband rang today,3/10/22, because the NHS record for my husband, daughter and I had not been updated with the Flu vaccination details following the date we took them, on 26/9/22, a week ago. We were assured on 26/9/22 that our NHS records had been updated. The female staff member who answered the phone, asked him to hold and didn't come back to him in 25 minutes! He rang again after half an hour and she took the details again, incorrectly! So he gave the details again! She said, "I am now updating the system." He was on the phone for another 20 minutes. He found her unprofessional and inadequate. There was no use of the words 'Sorry, please or thank you.' When he asked her name she said that it was company policy not to give names! He has never heard anything like this in 40 years of working life in the UK. He was left frustrated and annoyed following the unpleasant phone conversation. Further, she is giving an adverse impression about the business. This person certainly needs urgent training in good Customer Service.

   I just had my second COVID-19 vaccine here, and everything went smoothly. The staff were friendly and it wasn't painful. My only gripe with the pharmacy is that I feel the stairs are a bit too narrow for my liking, however apart from that it's a very good place to get your vaccine

   A fantastic Pharmacy! I am a support worker and came with the woman I support to get her second vaccine. We were taken care of from start to finish. All of the staff were fantastic and they even gave us water/ juice whilst we waited for 15 minutes after the vaccine. There was a lovely kind man who took our names at the door ( I wish I remembered his name- he wore glasses?) who also checked in with us as we waited. I recommend them entirely!!

   Great service received for my Covid vaccination! I was monitored well in a private secluded room for observation as I suffer from allergies. It was great to know that our local pharmacy had the facility to provide such a service. The staff were polite and took great care of me. Thank you for the wonderful service.

   I took my father in law to Health Pharmacy for his vaccine earlier this month and was extremely happy with the service. We felt very safe as the vaccination area was on a separate floor to the main pharmacy and all social distancing guidelines had been followed to a T! The lady doing his vaccine was so lovely and really put him to ease. Will definitely be bringing him back for his second dose in a few months.
