   Unblevable service Asian guy and English lady were very rood I asked the lady why are you making funny faces I only asked a qustion about my tablets and she started looking the other way I have been going to bullsbridge pharmacy since 2013 always an excuse 1400 hrs 02/09/2025 .

   Worst customer services ever seen. Asked for assistance from staff who replies "you don't need to shout, we can see you are standing" and got back to chat with colleagues. Complaint to Customer Services Manager Ms YOGI, who assured me to take appropriate action for staff misbehaviour.

   very unimpressive service, long que but staff chating to each other instead giving some attention to customer. Not very helpful about products either. looks like they just don't want to serve customers. There way of talking to customers is very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. Will not recommend at all. very poor customer services.

   AMAZING SERVICE - WENT OVER AND ABOVE!! I had an emergency yesterday and desperately needed to get insulin for my mum. Tesco was the only pharmacy that had it, there were complications with the 111 prescription that had been put through. "Nahar" was beyond helpful, she went over and above and I feel very lucky that she was on duty yesterday. Thank you so so much !! wishing you all the best for the future !
