One of staff member refused me to give the product and ask me to say please first . It was so embarrassing for me. How can staff of a pharmacy ask to say please .

I have just had the most un helpful conversation with one of the staff. I was referred to them for anti biotics for a urine infection which I have had for 3 days now. Firstly when I explained what I was calling for he rudely corrected me and then went into a rant about how the receptionist had given me the wrong information. I have been in pain for 3 days now I found his mannerism very condescending and unhelpful, constantly correcting me .

My elderly parents have just had their flu jab at McParland in Trelawney Avenue. It was their first time using this pharmacy, as they usually have it done at their GP surgery. They were treated so well by the staff and were “made a fuss of” (my mum’s words). Parking was easy as well. So thank you McParland for looking after them and a special mention to the nice lady I spoke to on the phone (Michelle)

A very bad experience. I really regret going there. The pharmacist, an asian man, was so rude. I was asking him politely about a medecine if it has side effects because I was so worried, but at my great surprise, he started talking nervously and was ignoring me. He didn't even asked me to check what I was suffering from. Yes, he answered my questions about the medecine that I wanted to buy, but I didn't like the way he was talking to me and felt very embarrassed. Even my little daughter was chocked and she told me mum why was he so nervous?!! The poor girl thought that he was racist. She was under shock for a while until I explained to her that it is was unique situation and she doesn't need to be worried. Sincerely, it was the first time I was facing such of offence. I have no idea why he was so nervous and behaving like he wanted me to stop talking. I felt that he was near to ask me to go out of his pharmacy. I was crying when I returned back home. That was a such bad experience. I just want to tell to this pharmacist that you should learn how to behave with your customers because when a person is sick he becomes very sensitive and any bad attitude can hurt him deeply. I will do all my possible so that I will never return to this pharmacy again.
