   I had a fantastic experience at the Tesco Pharmacy thanks to Parry and Fardowsa. They both went above and beyond by staying behind after hours to make sure I received my prescription. Their dedication, kindness, and professionalism really stood out, and I’m genuinely grateful for the extra effort they put in. It’s rare to come across such caring service, thank you both for making a tough day much easier.

   I would give 0 stars if I could. Nobody answered the phone for hours after I got an gp referral and then when I arrived there the manager made me wait with my baby in my arms 35 minutes just to tell me that she can't help me. Lack of care, customer service and horrible attitude.

   Slow, inadequate and rubbish staff. Pharmacist was shockingly poorly educated and turned me down for antiobiotics when my GP sent me there to get some. Ended up going to another one and making them my nominated pharmacy as this one is unbelievably slow and super poor.

   Frequently the queues are lengthy. Staff can be variable in terms of helpfulness. Sometimes they'll tip medication out on the front desk to check it, which isn't particularly professional. Checks should be done at the back, away from the view of other customers. Think they are allergic to the phone too - either never answer or they ring off.

   Would give 0 if I could, recently went in on behalf of my mum who couldn't come in because she has COVID and arthritis and I asked for over the counter medication. I was refused the medication and told she had to come in, to get over the counter medication. They seemed unprofessional and rude. I asked if they could speak to her over the phone they said no. I've been able to collect the same medication from other pharmacies without any issue.

   Very bad customer service. Lady's on the tills, not helpful at all, very rude. They think they know everything, not listening to what patients say, they think they are the pharmacist. I have spoken to few pharmacist at Tesco Ashford, they more helpful and polite. Keep away from that branch, Feltham high street tesco pharmacy is much better.

   Horrible experience. My son was having an allergic reaction to his mother’s milk. She is clinically extremely vulnerable and shielding, but she had to take him to see a paediatrician in person at hospital in the midst of the peak of the highly transmissible Covid strain where hospitals where being overwhelmed. Thankfully the Paed was efficient and lovely and prescribed us more Neocate formula. Relieved to be out of hospital, I went with the prescription to this pharmacy. They however refused to give it to us, as the Paed had not stated which of the 5 types of Neocate she had prescribed, and “the pricing authority may not refund the cost of the prescription”. I explained that this is a repeat and the TCP powder that they had was the right one, however they refused. They insisted I send my wife back into the hospital and find the Paed, and that the prescription has TCP added to it and initialled. This meant my wife had to spend another hour inside the hospital, the Paed was very angry when she heard. When I finally returned they only gave us one tin, despite the script saying ‘a months supply’. After some heated words, she agreed to give us 3 tins, ‘maximum 5 days supply’ according to her. Heartless, and incredibly cruel to cause my baby to wait for their food and risk the life of the mother so that they can ensure this script is fully refunded. One star is too much.
