   Some nice people work here (can't say the same about the shop) but its very frustrating when you can't park (thanks to the council), then have to walk the 15 minutes there to find that the pharmacist is not there, and you need to come back at an undefined later time. The times that they are unavailable varies a lot too and I've been there in the morning, lunchtime and afternoon to be turned away. As a service business, you'd think they'd plan breaks around the 12-2pm period so that others on their breaks can visit. And at least advertise on the website when medication isn't being dispensed and then stick to it.

   Slow turnaround when you need the prescriptions quick. Always have to come back for items not available. Not as good since the Sikh owner left. No consistency with staff. Closes earlier than other pharmacies in the area. Problems with lunch times not being regular. Wastes your time. Surgery say when they ok script and Superdrug don’t follow up immediately received. Terrible service. I’ve changed to another outlet. Should be no stars tbh

   Absolutely atrocious service. Whenever I come to pick up my prescription, it is either messed up, or they are part-closed, or they are not in communication with GP surgery, or the pharmacist is away on endless lunch breaks and you have to come back in 1-2 hrs because the other person cannot hand over to you the already prepared package. Go elsewhere for service if you can.
