   I wouldn't even rate 1 star I was the only customer there, I had 2 prescriptions to collect for my young children Two ladies behind the till took at least 2 - 3 minutes to acknowledge me. After taking my prescription, they carried on nattering out the temperature in the shop. They advised me there was an issue with their system and they could not see my prescription. I phoned the Dr whilst I was in the store and asked them to check the prescription from my end. I then asked the ladies to check again, they seemed bothered and frustrated by this. In the end they checked again and took forever, at this point I asked for both of my prescriptions back and walked out of the shop. I headed down to the Superdrug pharmacy down the road where Manj and his team were more than happy to assist me and offered a 5* service I would not advise anyone to use this pharmacy. In addition to the above, they have zero stock of anything in general, shelves are all empty.

   I would take away all the stars from them if I could. Asked them to check stock availability for a prescription item which they didn’t have. Scanned the prescription so the other pharmacies were not able to release it. Called them a million times to release the prescription but never answered the call.

   Staff were quite gruff and whilst they pointed me in the direction of what I needed I felt a bit lost trying to actually find it as there were a few different variations on what I needed so I didn't know what I should get.

   Stood at the counter for several minutes I was the only member of public there totally blanked by staff didn't acknowledge me at all. So unprofessional and rude. If they worked for me they would be out of a job. Wake Lloyds get better staff if you want to keep your customers.

   If I could give no ratings I would. 0% customer service. Both my dad and brother are disabled anytime I call to speak to someone before going down there they don't know anything and are very rude no sympathy towards patients and explaining anything to you. Woman actually said "Are we done now" are you mad I actually went down there and they blamed me for my attitude. Worst pharmacy in Ashford. Do not use them.

   Have had two interactions with this branch in the last six months: both resulted in wasted trips. Once I went for medication then was told it wasn’t in stock, the second time was for an appointment to find out that the member of staff responsible wasn’t there that day and no one had remembered to notify me. Frustrating but both times the staff member has been apologetic and pleasant about it.

   I bought antibiotics & had to wait. I also then bought Ibuprofen & Paracetamol over the counter. While waiting to collect the antibiotics in my car I noted the box of 48 Ibuprofen I had bought expired in four months time. I just thought I can request a change when I went vaccine to collect the antibiotics. The person who saved me first went to the counter to check, which meant if there was one with a longer expiry date she would have given it to me. She however turned around and said all had the same expiry. I then asked if I can have a swap with a box of less tablets. She answered rudely that she can't do it since it is medicine which had left the store. That I think is not customer care. I only was waiting for the antibiotics & had not gone for hours to then bring the medicine back with a genuine reason, & spoken to the same person who had served me earlier ??. Based on today's experience that is my rating.
