Many a time I have had to walk out empty handed due to the store being cramped with customers trying to obtain prescriptions medicines. Shelves always look empty
Worst place to choose to send your prescription. I am going there since a week for my prescription and daily they ask to come tomorrow. How medical prescription delivery can be so slow when any other stuff gets delivered in 1-2 days? Do you suppose patient will be fine for more than a week without any medicine?
Has got to be the worst pharmacy ever. 2nd time I've had to collect a prescription. They say they have to order in, never have common drugs in stock. Today the woman said they had to order in the medication that was clearly on a shelf behind her. As a fellow medical professional this is disgracefully organised. What if I had a disability or was an older person. Making poorly people traipse back in 2 days time to collect meds is ridiculous!
Customer service appalling. There is no direction of a quee , expected to quee up between aisle anywhere there needs to be signage of whee the quee starts are ends . Only one pharmacist, and 1 counter lady ,service is very slow attitude of pharmacy front of desk lady not great. Went to pick my mys daughters prescription have details etc they said the medication and proceeded to say the prescription hasnt been sent by the GP if this was so how was the front of desk lady able to see what the prescription was . Overall not a good experience poor communication
Another disaster pharmacy. Today was a trying day. This is where I am supposed to get my grandfathers regular prescription from. On Sunday 14th May I went to this pharmacy to collect my grandfathers medication. They told me it wasn’t there and need to be ordered and would be there tomorrow (Monday 15th) at 3pm. Okay, fine; but flippantly I said to the person “are you sure that when I come tomorrow you won’t say that you have to order the medication?” She lightly laughed at me and said no, you can come collect it tomorrow at 3pm. Because I didn’t want to compromise my positive energy I worked on today, my son went instead to try and get his great grandfathers medication. When he went there, lo and behold, they told him they have to order it! This is medication my grandad has gone without now for over 24 hrs and it’s crucial to his health. I didn’t go back there, I find their service laughable and cannot imagine how anyone’s health isn’t in jeopardy dealing with a pharmacy of that hapless magnitude.
Pathetic service. Went to buy behind the counter medicine for our little one in two different intervals. Both occasion The pharmacist was on lunch break. Paid car parking, Waited at the queue, and even horrible man behind the counter. Shop this store if no good store is available on the planet
Just now I reached to the boots..they said we are closed now.I requested to the lady and the man working over there,that the prescription is for baby of one month.There is an eye infection and if I don't get the medicine today may be there will be sever infection tomorrow.But just the man said we are closed.
Takes too long to get serviced, 3 people walking out while waiting and staff that don’t give instructions or cared for clients and patients, shop also could use a deep clean and good moods are contagious.
Be careful! A stupid man !! I requested a refund in 5 minutes, but he said the refund is not possible as per Boots policy even if 1 sec after payment. I called customer service and he said - visit another branch and then they will refund. What ??? Why this store cannot and other store can refund?? He said just sorry..;; Checked Boots policy, all items can be refund within 35 days. When I came back the store in a few minutes later again, he wasn't there and I asked refund to other staff, and she refunded very kindly. The stupid guy looks a work-shy, lazy, and long face..be careful.. I will complain about him officially. Other staff is very kind and helful. Thanks.
I handed in my prescription on Tuesday 22nd of march they said they didn’t have the items available but they would have them the next day and that they would contact me. (Gentleman was very polite) 23rd came with no contact, I called most of the afternoon and noone picked up the phone. 24th I called all morning and then went to the store in the afternoon because again noone picked up. I ask whats happening with my prescription and the lady assures me it will be in the next day. The store is obviously busy so I don’t cause a fuss and the lady was quite nice and apologetic. 25th comes and goes I again call and no pick up, Saturday 26th I don’t even bother trying and just wait. Sunday 27th they’re closed. Now it’s Monday the 28th, no picking up the phone still, still no communication from them. If you don’t have the items just let me know, give me back my prescription form and I’ll go elsewhere. This is abysmal what if the meds were for a life threatening condition, they are for chemo relieving symptoms so still extremely important I’m just so livid right now so 1 star as there is no 0.
