I was at the door at 6:01 to pick up my prescription. I was stuck at the egham railway crossing for around 8 minutes. They didn’t even bother hearing me out. Just mouthed ‘closed’ and walked away. No customer service what so ever.

The pharmacist claimed that “doctors don’t know anything, she knows better” when my mum asked to buy an OTC medication a doctor had recommended her, and called my mum “stupid” for not knowing the exact address of this boots and told her to go to a neighbouring pharmacy instead because she didn’t want to serve her. Felt this was because my mum had broken English and they were discriminating against her. Absolutely insane what a power trip the pharmacist was on, and the level of insecurity she must have to try put down educated doctors. I will be lodging a formal complaint - cannot believe a Boots employed pharmacist

Really poor service with the pharmacist today having a flu jab. Unfriendly, didn’t go through any of the procedures or aftercare and didn’t wear gloves either. He should not be working in a medical environment with this kind of attitude especially as I am pregnant and this is my first flu jab so obviously would have liked to have known more information.

This is a small Boots with not a big selection of drugstore products (only essentials) so it pretty much works as pharmacy and for this reason it should have at least one self service check out, so customers that don't need prescription meds can pay for their shop and leave, rather than wait 10 mins in a not even long queue, for one of the staff (usually pharmacists) to serve them. Naturally Pharmacists are busy with their work and Boots probably doesn't want to pay an extra staff for such a small branch so people end up waiting or will rather go to Superdrug, across the road, just to avoid queueing.

Helpful staff they provide great service! However this location is always busy as there are many people waiting in line to speak with a pharmacist or make a purchase. Would recommended more staff. However 5 stars for location and service.

Shelves are half empty, I don’t understand when Boots in Staines is always fully stocked and there are plenty of customers in Egham. Only two people working in the whole shop, really need more staff on shift. Queued for 15 minutes, with no acknowledgement or apologies for the wait so I decided to leave and go to an alternative chemist. Have previously been in before and the lady which served me seemed blunt and had no customer service.

Manager urgently required! 23 minutes to pay for one item! all because shop floor refused to attend tills - avoid.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Inconsiderate service - in fact service is non existent. Level of staffing can not be the issue as there were 5 people behind the counter chit chatting. No acknowledgement of customers queuing to pay and pick up prescriptions. Extremely slow - even during a non peak hour. Very impolite when it came to actually speaking to someone that works there.

Awful Customer Service Received Today. Went for a prescription and was told 10minutes. 30minutes later I'm still in there being ignored. Then when given my item they asked me how I paid. I informed the pharmacist but she didn't believe me. I then provided evidence but again the Pharmacist didn't want to believe me. Go somewhere else.

The staff here are extremely unhelpful and rude, they also take ages to get prescriptions ready in time. First of all there were so many staff yet only two trying to serve people. I am recovering from a surgery and it was a struggle walking round to the pharmacy in the first place anyway, to be told that I had to wait half an hour in an extremely rude way, already had issues with the GP today and this was the cherry on top. Please train your staff to be better at customer service. This really isn’t good enough, so many unhappy customers in the shop today.
