   Disappointed with the return service, I bought items online from their website but can’t return them to their shop, and no one replies to emails. It’s very difficult to send any returns. Very mart people make returns so difficult so no one can send them back. I bought thousands of pounds stuff from them but they don’t care, very poor customer service.

   Very disappointed. Choosing an item to purchase with a marked down price and then the member of staff also mentioning this marked down price to me before taking the item to the till. Then when I go to the till to pay for this item to be then told that it is full price and will not be honoured with this at the price it was marked at on the label. Will not be returning.

   Spent over a grand on 3 items and the lass behind the counter was such a cheeky woman,asking if I had enough for the items ........wow just wow......train your staff better as they need it when it comes to customer service.

   Terrible terrible service , tried to return an item the following day, and they said they don’t do returns. The cashier the previous day did not advise me of this. Asked to speak to the manager, and he came but would not give his first name , he said just to refer to him as ‘the short ginger guy’ in any correspondence, and that he was the supervisor. He spoke plenty about policy and what he couldn’t do. Terrible service from a self proclaimed luxury goods shop. Will never be back. Visit was 6pm on the 6th of October 2022.

   What a dreadful shop, the staff (all but one blonde girl at the shoe section) were just so couldn't care less about their attitude to customer service. Horrible atmosphere, made to feel like you couldn't possibly be beautiful or trendy enough to shop there if you weren't fashion model material. Nearly all the staff were just swanning about waiting to be discovered by a talent scout, or at least that's the impression they give off. Hardly surprising that when all the other fashion shops were fairly busy on Saturday lunchtime on a pay weekend they were almost empty, apart from myself and my two sons there were only 2 other paying customers with their partners. Compare this to Footasylum who couldn't be more helpful, which is where my son spent most of his money after we were made to stand and wait for 15 minutes to get trainers in Flannels while nearly all the staff ignored us, and it wasn't for being too busy either. Also too busy to look after the store, cleaning products lying about, service tablets left lying on shelves, and the shelves under the bottom clothes rails are filthy with dust which is dragging onto the clothes. Go elsewhere if you want to be made welcome.
