went to get something from bath and bodywork’s in next and was overcharged and then they sent my money back and it never went into my account and says it will take a couple days. do not think this is good enough as i live further away so can’t just come back if they it doesn’t go through.
The experience at Next Silver silverburn has been beyond disappointing. I fail to understand how they appoint young, inexperienced individuals as sales managers, who clearly lack manners, customer service skills, and basic professionalism. The manager's behavior was absolutely shocking—bossing around the staff as if next were her family business. (She probably should go to Zara )Rude, inconsiderate, and completely unhelpful. My wife had ordered online and went to collect several items. While there, my daughters and I purchased two jackets. Unfortunately, after just 10 days, the button on one jacket came off. When we returned to exchange it, they insisted on a receipt, even though the item was clearly from their store. Typically, they ask if we want receipts emailed, but after checking thoroughly, there was no receipt in my inbox. I did find an old paper receipt from next in my pocket, but it was faded and unreadable. Despite explaining the situation, the staff were unwilling to assist in any way, showing no empathy or effort to resolve the issue. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude of both the counter staff and management were appalling. This experience has made us decide to take our business elsewhere. next's customer service at Silverburn is abysmal, and they clearly prioritize policy over people. Avoid this store if you value good service.
Having purchased from Next clothing in the past, I find myself very reluctant to continue to support this company, as I note with interest the volume of garments made in India along with Bangladesh, which are fairly pricey, however the quality of these imported products leaves a lot to be desired. I also note that Indian Government appear to be bedfellows with the Russian aggressor Putin, which begs the question, “ Why should we support these imported products from these countries? Perhaps it’s time to think British again and support our own businesses ! I’m certainly more aware of who receives my hard earned cash !
Was in store on 1/5/24 evening looking for a suit for my wee boys first communion. The lady who served us went above and beyond to help me get the correct size and nothing was to much for her. Never got the lady’s name but great customer service and got everything I was looking for.
This is most unusual for any next shop I have used. The girl that served me was so '"not caring" I nearly put my purchases back. I asked her a couple of questions and she shrugged her shoulders and didn't know. Was disappointed. Not how I got served the next day in Ayr. Lovely staff
Entered the shop looking for home gift to buy. I'm not the best at shopping . Staff member Andrew Wason was only too willing to assist in me choosing . I decided on a diffuser. Andrew explained the differences of each making my decision easier. Andrew has perfect customer service from saying hello, wrapping the gift to processing the transaction. Thank you Andrew. You are a credit to the Next company. r
I went to Next purposely to check out their stock on Bath&Body Works products. I'm so thrilled I don't have to pack an extra suitcase any longer when I travel home to get more of my favourite scents. Hopefully they expand their selections soon.
Very nice shopping centre, good selection of shops and restaurants plenty of parking. But it's one heck of a walk from the restaurants to M&S you have to be fit.
Good clothes and prices to match. One thing I can fault them on is I got home and was about to put on my new trousers on for an event the cashier had kept the tag on ..If their security barriers had been working I would have been embarrassed by this and left a bad review , I had to take the tag off myself carefully with some tools as by time I noticed the shop was closed.
