   I switched from the local Boots as they were shocking. I have been using Tesco for years now and find them usually very helpful and the service good. The only issue I have is that they don't seem to want to investigate out of stock items. Boots have an online medicine checker and Tesco could do with one of those. If the prescription isn't made up then you just do your shopping and pop back.

   Do NOT use this pharmacy if you require any medication fast. They take days to fill a prescription if it’s sent straight to them. They often don’t fill the full prescription and advise you they will contact when rest is in, but this didn’t happen. Completely useless service I won’t be using them again

   I picked prescription from the pharmacy. The team at counter are great and helpful. Unfortunately in my today prescription pick up, I got serious problem on quantity given by the team and have to re-confirm how much for in take over the phone. I tried to call them via the number printed in TESCO label attached to prescription for eleven times during three hours. No one from the pharmacy team answered or even picked my calls. Please be cautious when your prescription collection there. Once you leave the pharmacy, no one can give you support over the phone. Hope the pharmacy team understands, not answer customer calls makes their customer or patients absolutely hopefulness or even leads to serious overdose situation.

   Never had an issue until now, Must be a new male staff member as I’ve never seen him before. But he is very rude, I asked for a certain medication and he picked up the total opposite. When collect medication for a family member he didn’t even communicate that half the prescription was missing until I commented saying it’s missing to his reply was it’s not in stock, and not able to tell me when it’s in stock or return the prescription to me so I can go elsewhere.

   I've never had problems here til recently. The staff are lovely and always do what they can to help, but the lack of communication is appalling. I can't blame the staff for this—it feels like it's probably to do with the way the place is run, or the training given. I've been trying to get a hold of my out of stock prescription for two months, and have now missed a month that can't be re-issued, all because I was never informed that the script could be released to be collected elsewhere, or that they could try for an alternative. I was never presented either of these as an option until they offered to release it right before it expired, and when I was told they'd done it, they'd actually only released one month. I'm now two months behind, entirely out, and will have to try to buy the medication I'm missing privately for literally 5x the price, which I really can't afford right now. I have no choice. They didn't even tell me this medication was still out of stock this month, or that they'd received the prescription request at all. Every time I've needed to speak to them, I've had to go back and forth into the store, as they don't pick up their phone. I'm exhausted.

   I went to pick up prescription this thursday from here and there was a new pharmacist serving. She was a white woman with long curly brown hair and blue eyes. I have never been served by her before. She was very rude and unprofessional. While giving my postcode to her she interjected and started shouting at me saying "can you just listen!" In an angry tone. It was so shocking and uncalled for I stopped and told her "you asked for my address" she didn't àpologise she responded to say "I know its okay" so I just left and walked out. I was so upset I didn't bother to bring it up but I'm not happy about the way she treated me and it's put me off coming there now.

   The pharmacists are always extremely helpful on the phone or at the counter. The prescriptions are on time and they are always helpful to liaise with the GP on your behalf with no complaints. The ratings deserve a 10/10

   I don’t agree with the poor reviews. Staff are lovely and very helpful. Went for a flu jab and they were very efficient. Will use again.
