I requested a repeat prescription on 16th April and the GP issued it the following day. I can't understand why then on Friday 25th it still wasn't ready to be collected and only today Tuesday 29th April it is. I'm afraid I will now be sending future prescriptions to the Tescos pharmacy.

Staff are always friendly and apologetic however it took nearly 2 weeks for my daughterβs prescription to come in. I was told multiple times it was being ordered and to come back the following day, to only be told again it wasnβt ready or they didnβt have it. Unfortunately this isnβt the first time Iβve had to go back multiple times as prescriptions werenβt ready or available.

Convenient, caring and helpful. Since taking over from LLoyds, the new owner has turned this pharmacy around so well. They seem to offer lots of extra services and are always nice when I go in. Christine is always lovely.

Just called in for a prescription, staff needed to check availability so a short wait, witnessed great interaction with customers, some greeted by name. This pharmacy obviously very much a part of the community, many years ago a police Sergeant said to me as a young boy remember the three C's, care, courtesy and consideration, it stuck with me and I saw all of those this morning.

I went to collect a medicine from them which was sent electronically by my Gp. The dose of the drug was not available so they gave me the prescription to find another pharmacy which may have the dose. I couldnβt find the dose prescribed in any other pharmacy and went back to them to send the prescription back to the surgery to advise that the dose prescribed is not available. They refused and said it was my duty to call the Gp and advise them about the dose that is available at the pharmacists. It seemed ridiculous that a patient calls the Gp and advise about the available doses and what dose they should prescribe. This is clearly the pharmacistβs job to do not the patient. As a result I changed my nominated pharmacy to another one.

We have been with this pharmacy for 1 year and we will be leaving today. After I gave birth and picked up a prescription, they very rudely questioned if I had a maternity exemption certificate. I didn't have it in hard copy with me. They warned me about a fine if I was lying. They dispensed my latest prescription incorrectly and I needed to chase. They have had my daughters prescription for 2 weeks and not called us to say it was ready. They are rude and dismissive and the pharmacist is so abrupt and has no people skills. Luckily we have a choice of pharmacies near us and we will be going elsewhere and never stepping foot in there again. Good riddance.

I totally agree with Charlotte. I have had the misfortune of dealing with their rude and incompetent actions for years. I had no choice as it was my mothers pharmacy. She was housebound so had to solely rely on blister packs. They would forget to send them. When I complained they were offhand, unhelpful and rude. I complained to head office several times for all the good it did. My mother has sadly passed now, but at least I never have to deal with Lloyd's again.

It's well stocked but the service I had when I went was really poor. I went to collect a prescription 2 hours after the doctor sent it (which is normally fine) to be told that I'd have to wait at least another 45 minutes for it if I needed it and only if it was urgent otherwise I had to wait 48hours. There was no compassion, empathy, care or privacy. The member of staff was more interested in talking to the delivery driver who she obviously knew quite well. When I eventually went back for my prescription I was also given an unnecessary lecture about how prepayment works and told I could be fined Β£70, which is the case as I have a certificate. Pharmacies are an important service in the community but I can see why people prefer to use online services after my experiences here.
