   I don't know why I stayed with this chemist for almost a year but today was my last day of using them. The woman who serves there is rude, unwelcoming and ,correctly said by others, makes you feel she is doing you a huge favour by serving you. She needs to learn what customer service is before she stands in front of a customer and be willing, not resentful, to provide help, or, at least show some manners.

   I have now been using Hersham pharmacy for nearly 25 years:) I would not think of going anywhere else for either my prescriptions or essential items that chemists hold The staff there are exceptionally kind and caring and I trust them implicitly with their information, guidance and knowledge I could not recommend more highly this chemist & I did try others first They were & still are the very best

   Visiting from out of town. Called up to ask if they could order in my script. They answered immediately, ordered the meds, then when I turned up later that day they dispensed it accordingly. Very friendly.

   Not my usual pharmacy as I was out of town but they tracked my prescription online without any problems and not only was it all in stock but the pharmacist took the time to ask me about my medical problems and advised me AMAZINGLY !!! I would definitely use this as my go to pharmacist if I lived in the area. I TOTALLY recommend them.

   Unpleasant and rude- the 2 ladies that working there are just so unhelpful- we have been here for 6 years and unfortunately I need to go there for prescriptions:/ otherwise wouldn’t step inside. I hope they read people reviews- every mum I know at school says the same.
