   Went in this morning and there were no other customers in the shop but there were three staff. 1 lady stocking shelves 1 man in smart shirt and trousers and 1 girl behind the counter. They were all laughing about something but what really pissed me off is when I got to the counter the girl just completely ignored me and carried on laughing with the other two. So rude. I left the shop immediately and the girl didn’t even acknowledge anything or say sorry. I will never use this shop again. Only gave 1 star as I couldn’t give zero. I see that you have a similar review further down which says exactly the same thing. Trouble is now is that everything and everyone are reviewable. Sort your manners out and treat customers with some respect.

   I just want to say a big thank you to Noor, my pharmacist, who’s been incredibly kind and helpful every time I’ve visited. She always takes the time to explain things clearly, and I never feel rushed or unsure about my medication. What really stands out is how genuinely caring and approachable she is. Whether I’ve had questions, concerns, or just needed a bit of reassurance, Noor has always been there with a friendly smile and thoughtful advice. It makes such a difference knowing I can trust and rely on her. Thank you

   My reason for a 5 star review is that staff are friendly and more than willing to help. Also prices are as reasonable as you could expect. My experiences at Lalys is always 1st class unlike other pharmacy's in Molesey, where I'm sure if I walked in carrying my head under my arm, I'd probably get offered a needle and cotton!

   Previous owner is very kind and nice person, so I was very happy using the pharmacy. But changed the owner, who is unkind and no humble and no good service. Now I am finding other pharmacy. Sad

   Terrible service. Rude woman. Second time in there since moving to the area. Been treated with utter contempt. Condescending woman needs to learn how to talk to people. 1 star is much to generous for her bullish behaviour

   We've recently moved back to this pharmacy, having a regular requirement for some uncommon prescriptions and Hussein and his team have been nothing but fantastic. Hussein in particular has been super helpful getting medicines at short notice or when they're in nationally short supply. He's patient and friendly too, as are all the staff. Very grateful to have this pharmacy on our doorstep.
