Really appalled at the pharmacist and the Store - they are closed by 1pm on Saturdays and they are closed on Sundays. When I called 111, they had dispensed the medications to this pharmacy because on the website it says “it is closed by 6pm”. I had escalated this to Boots Complaints, and even they were shocked - they escalated to the store manager to find out why it was closed. I explained that the timetable is different from the website.

Extremely poor service…pharmacist informed me on Saturday 29th March my insulin had “manufacturing issues” which I know couldn’t be true. I work in pharmaceutical industry. I saw elderly people turned away as they didn’t have their prescriptions either. It’s pretty sad and poor reflection on Boots as a vompantAny elderly please avoid this pharmacy at all costs, I’ve changed my prescriptions to “Health on the Hill” Hampton hill. Fantastic service, caring and had ample supplies of my insulin. I would advise all to do exactly the same

Gave it one star as I can't do zero. One of the most incompetently run establishments I have ever encountered. Frankly they are so bad they should have their license removed. There was a poor guy there today whose wife is in serious pain and they had her prescription but wouldn't give him the painkillers because their label printer was broken, so they couldn't label it. He put the prescription in two days ago. I then went to pick mine up, which I put in three days previously, but they hadn't bothered to prep my stuff so, you guessed it, they couldn't give me the prescription because they can't print the label. This place is a joke and should be shut down.

Bad service. A few months ago I was waiting for a prescription. Contacted my doctors to ask if my prescription was ready, who informed me that they had done it a boots should of contacted me, which they hadn't. I have gone to collect another prescription today and experience rude service from one of the staff members. I had walked into boots and a staff member rudley said you need to wait outside due to only allowing 2 people in at a time. To be honest I could only see one person, and therefore walked in. I respected their view and stepped outside. As soon as a person came out I then re entered only to be asked "Where is your face mask?" This was not said politely. I replied saying I didn't have to have one as I didn't know I had too, which he responded that all health are settings you must wear a mask. Again this was not said politely and I was told to go outside. I was not aware you had to wear facemasks in boots as I have been to one since government guideline on face masks had been lifted and was not asked to wear one. There was also no signage to say you had to wear one. The gentleman did then give me a mask however when I stepped back inside, himself and a colleague started cleaning down panels, door handle and other items because me, which made me feel rubbish and uncomfortable. I was then approached by a female who was very polite and handled with my prescription. What also annoyed me was the gentleman then approached another customer and was polite and welcoming, yet I hadn't had that service from the moment I stepped into Boots. This is the second negative experience I have had, and not happy with the service!

Super busy pharmacy (being opposite the GP) always been dealt with professionally, when they are busy pace can be a little slow (especially for those outside waiting) but all in all I have never had any issues. They are informative and send text when prescriptions are ready.
