   4 different shoes/trainers and they didn't have the right size. None in warehouse and staff couldn't tell me if they would be restocking with my size.

   Had bought a pair of hi-top converse and had a small problem with them as I found they were damaged. Went back to get a replacement pair and have to say that on both occasions I couldn't have been happier with the service. I got the same young lady both times and she was an absolute delight.    Have a good collection but the prices can be high, so need to really look for what suits your pocket. But then this is a brands at moderate prices type of a store, so keep that in kind when you go in. They do well for the purpose of making very expensive brands affordable. Also have a large variety of brands and they do stock slightly cheaper brands as well. By the way do not overlook the website it has ma y more offers.

   They have a good selection and can be moderately priced. The shop is a bit cramped and its hard to find sales persons when needed. I am also not a fan of they "only exchanges or gift receipts" policy.
