The customer service is always great when I use this shop. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Good selection of clothes at reasonable prices.
Disgusting returns policy. The website makes out that you can return clothes for a full refund but it doesn't mention that only applies online. Wasn't told that my gift purchase couldn't be refunded even with the main receipt (not the gift receipt) because I had a chance to try it on for size! The shirt was unworn and still in it's original packaging that it was wrapped around. Save yourselves the hassle and buy your designer gear somewhere else. Even lower end places usually sell designer clothes at a lower price and they actually value their customers.

Excellent mostly male fashion shop with a large and good range of shoes and mostly trainers with lots of designer brands including Lacoste, Adidas , Hugo Boss and many others, and they all seem reasonably priced with also some sale items. They also have a great range of clothing items again mostly designer brands and some sales items.
customer service is ridiculous this place doesn't belong in breahead I love all my designers and would have spent quite the amount no wonder it's quiet and I don't think it's the price that's the problem it's the staff. They have a stick so far up their rectum it's like a gym teacher on steroids lol the eyes can't see if the mind is blind detoxification of fluoride would be In your best interests then again dimethyltriptamine would probably be needed to open you up fully if it was in my lab I'd probably just perform a lobotomy as those lack of brain cells seem like a danger not only to yourself but the public as a whole, keep judging guys and hope you enjoy the music video you just have no idea sometimes who is walking through your door shame really.
