   Cancelled my flu jab for the second time. No explanation. Winter will be over before this boots fulfills its appointments. Have booked in Cobham now as I just can’t trust them.

   I took my daughter in to be seen for an ear infection. Staff were very efficient and polite. The pharmacist took time to get all the information, had a caring manner and were very polite. I can't thank the staff enough, a very good experience and she is starting to recover nicely.

   Pharmacy closes from 1-2pm. No signs. No notices. Eventually after waiting for 5 minutes while a member of staff was filling bags I was told, very rudely, and unapologetically that the pharmacy was closed until 2. So rude!

   You will disbelievingly register their compassion at the point they cynically lock the door before their lunchtime closing (12.30-1.30). Arrived a minute late with customers still inside for my daughter's urgent meds (she’s run out) I had to go back later. A good community chemist wouldn't do that. They might even look out of the door to check for customers!

   Mr. Kim at Boots Fetcham sorted out an eye problem for me which no-one had been able to do.Calm, courteous and extremely well informed, he explained everything, told me what to do, I followed his instructions and never looked back- marvellous man.

   Mr Kim has a lot of knowledge and takes the time to talk to you. He comes out from the back and treats everyone like he cares and spends time like a traditional healer talking to people. He offers amazing and interesting knowledge and he k ows so much about the history of medicine and he also has fascinating stories about apothecary and tinctures. Which is one of my favourite subjects. I had a great time in there and he was very funny and intelligent chemist. Two days later my skin condition just disappeared

   The main pharmacist here is an amazing human being. He works so hard and has the most wonderful, kind aura. The staff too are very good. Despite the pressures they are under, it feels like they pull together. This makes a huge difference. If one compares it to the Boots in Bookham village, only minutes away, it is like another world entirely. Thankyou to Boots Fetcham for all you do and have done over the pandemic too.

   Mr Kim is fantastic, nothing is ever too much trouble and he and his staff always go the extra mile to ensure that a satisfactory result is achieved. Yes they are short staffed but most people are aware that any delays are a result of a willingness to spend extra time on each and every problem.

   Mr Kim went far beyond the call of duty for me during my fight with Cancer. He even personally did a couple of home deliveries by bike when I was unable to collect prescribed medication. He is very friendly and helpful at all times and I cannot recommend this pharmacy highly enough. Superb service every time.
