They should serve customers from opening to closing continously. I got inside the pharmacy just before 1pm to collect my prescription but told me to come back after 1.30pm since they're going to have lunch break. There were couple of customers inside arguing about the time as well

What a shambles!! Sent a prescription in through GP 10 days ago. Went to collect my prescriptions only to be told that they don't have the stock. I asked why it wasn't ordered? As of today, we are no longer able to order, came the reply. But you've had it 10 days!! We're behind, came the reply. This is an absolute disgrace Boots. If you are no longer dispensing prescriptions in your Knaphill branch, at least have the decency to let customers know.

Great pharmacy! There can be queues but that is the same for all pharmacies. Staff seem very nice despite putting up with some very rude and uninformed customers! The opening times on Google do not match the actual opening times! The pharmacy is closed between 1pm and 1:30pm but otherwise open from 9am till 6pm Monday till Friday. Then from 9am till 5:30 on Saturday.

I found this to be a good pharmacy. I agree sometimes there is quite a queue, and maybe a second till for purchases would really help. As far a prescriptions are concerned, they do take quite a long time , but they do send me a text when ready. This is very helpful. I have always found the staff friendly and helpful. I even received a phone call from the pharmacist checking that my new medication was ok.

Called in at lunch on the 29th to collect an ill friends medication only to be told it's not available due to it being a bank holiday and told to come later in the day, telephoned at 4:45 to see if medication had arrived, got told it would be available in 15 minutes, had to come out of work AGAIN to collect said medication, Telephoned and spoke to 2 separate members of staff to see if they could hang on a extra minute to collect the medication as I was stuck in heavy traffic at brookwood interchange, arrived outside at 6:01 to find the store closed, is this really how you treat poorly people due to your dereliction when ordering medication in, shame on you boots! Diabolical service and treatment of poorly people by denying them there medication. I appreciate I was 1 minute late getting to the door however I cannot take responsibility for you not having the medication when expected.

Useless. Staff are unhelpful. No willingness to investigate prescription repeat service failures. No apology. Only response was that I should call my doctor or NHS 111. Won't be back.

Often very slow service. Staff often chatting in the back/Pharmacy actively ignoring customers. Staff have an attitude. Its almost too much trouble for them to dispense your prescription. I apologise for having a condition that requires medication.

A total shambles. Staff rude, inefficient and inconsiderate. Itβs a shame the elderly are reliant on it. Lurching from one prescription fiasco to the next. Sadly I canβt review this farce without giving it a star - trust me, they donβt deserve it. Go elsewhere, on online. Just avoid, avoid, avoid!

Don't even bother. I can't remember any time where this pharmacy has actually been useful for me since it changed to a boots. The pharmacy previously here back in the 90s was alot better. I now trek to Lloyd's pharmacy in sainsburys for all my needs. But I decided to give them one last try so they could maybe change my mind but they failed again. I got a prescription from livi, went to the pharmacy yesterday and was told I would be able to pick it up today... today comes, I was meant to wait for a text but I didn't get one so chanced it and walked in... I was told they don't have one item of the two I need and therefore I won't be able to collect anything at all from them and was told to go to Lloyd's. Boots have stated they are experiencing a shortage of one of the items today... to which I say, why did you not tell me that yesterday and saved me waiting until today to find out?! I called Lloyd's to ask if they have a shortage of the item and Lloyd's have the item in stock... Save time and frustration, just go to Lloyd's. To update: IF BOOTS ACTUALLY ANSWERED THEIR PHONE LLOYD'S COULD CALL THEM TO ASK THEM TO RELEASE THE PRESCRIPTION THEIR END SO I CAN ACTUALLY COLLECT MY ITEMS I could have had my whole prescription from Lloyd's right now if boots got their arses in gear.
