Update your Maps details! Special trip to get a prescription on a Sunday... system's can't dispense despite having the item. What, you don't have a manual backup process? I dunno. Make a note and enter it tomorrow. To top it all, the suggestion was that they hang on to the prescription until tomorrow. Presumably with the benefit to me that I can't get it anywhere else and have to make another trip tomorrow. Huh?

Times on Google and Lloyds website are wrong! This place is not open until 11pm!!! So frustrating when I needed pain medication and this was the only place open at this time for quite a while, we got there and it was all shut! Ridiculous!

The slowest, least helpful and seemingly least competent pharmacy known to man. Avoid at all costs. I've had two experiences recently, both absolutely abysmal.

'Always here for you'? I don't think so. Vile customer service and always long queues. I run out of medication and GP said to visit my pharmacist. Their Lloyds pharmacist said no and referred me to 'Heathside' despite my eye being red and I could barely see due to hayfever. No duty of care. I believe that he meant Heathcote Medical Centre Walk-in Practice. I ignored his useless advice and managed to get Allevia (Fexofenadine) without prescription from Rowlands Pharmacy. Much nicer people and helpful unlike Lloyds! I will of course be moving my nominated pharmacy so I don't have to deal with them again. They should all be fired and replaced with competent staff.

Barely any staff. No one answers the phone. Often donβt have stock. Always blaming the doctor for not having a script ready when itβs been with them for ages. Absolute dumpster fire of a pharmacy.

This pharmacy is outrageously unprofessional. And inflexible and rude on top of that. Do not expect any common sense from them either. All caused by the present pharmacist. After 10 years I am changing my nomination so that i can better access my heart tablets. I'm not going in to the details here, but if I die from a heart attack today (or the next few) because of non supply of essential medicine, my wife will ensure this review is put to the relevant authorities. Not a flippant review, and not a flippant warning to Lloyds of Sainsburys Brookwood.

Please think twice before you get your prescription sent here, I had a repeat each month sent from my GP, I am on a strong pain killer and have been for a number of years due to complication during surgery. When i went to collect the order, I was told that the GP had not sent it through, I explained that due to the type of tablet I was taking that i would go through withdrawal symptoms, I was told that there was nothing he could do, then told me lies about how things changed 2 weeks ago, After calling my GP this morning they have told me that it order had not been picked up. So please think twice as what i have been through this weekend has been a nightmare.

Great service. My only complaint is the customers who don't appreciate how busy this pharmacy can get. When getting my prescription once a woman was complaining about a 30 minute wait time which i feel is perfectly reasonable considering they seem to be short staffed and are already busy with other prescriptions.
