Staff are usually always rude and bitter toward customers. In my last transaction the girl never greeted me or spoke to me, except asking if I wanted a bag. I was buying a top that was on sale and asked if they did student discount on full price items, and she growled at me and said ‘Yeah, but not on sale items’ even though I specifically said full price items. She also forgot to take the security tag off of my top, which meant I had to return to the store to have it removed. The store doesn’t even have security barriers so I’m not sure why the clothes even have tags on products? Clothing items are mostly low quality and at an unreasonable price. The jewellery and accessories like jewellery and bags are usually always great.

Adorable the clothing range of this store. Well laid out & clean. Women's & Men's clothing is of good value Assistant when asked for.
So happy this shop is still open! It was a life saver for choosing Christmas pressies! I hate that high street shops are closing one after another, so long may RI keep going! Great quality, good styles at good prices.
My favourite shop.. Great product selection. Able to order online and collect in store. Staff are friendly and helpful. Always able to find a bargain. Absolutely love that they have started selling the children's range I store.
I went here looking for shorts but didn't see any I liked, prices were £25-32 which is reasonable this time of year, shorts prices tend to rise towards the summer months. The mens department is located on first floor in this modern looking store and although I didn't see anything I particularly liked the prices seemed reasonable.
