   Extremely bad experience with this company! I purchased an item for next day delivery and over 1 week later still do not have the item. The item was in the DPD locker but no pick up pass was sent to me so I could not get it. I contacted the company straight away to inform them and they were extremely unhelpful. They did not contact DPD to try and resolve the issue for me so I could pick it up. The item was then sent back to the company as I did not pick it up (because I couldn’t). They told me they could not send a replacement until they received the item back so it would be another week before I received it. My messages on the live chat went days without being answered. I was told I would get a call back the same day and no one rang me back. When I complained about that, the staff member on the phone was extremely rude and kept speaking over me. His only response was “it has been busy what do you expect us to do” and “it’s not that bad”. Very dismissive and rude, terrible customer service. Will never be ordering from this company again.

   We arrived at Costa at 15.50 and assistant manager advised us and 6 customers in front that there would be 10 minutes to wait for a table. We decided to wait..At 15.55 the Assistant manager ( after spending time telling her friends in front of us that she would be taking over her own shop soon) then announced the shop was closing at 16.00....and we could only get a carry out! Surprised, I asked if this applied to us, and she said applied to everyone as it was closing at 16.00..by that time there was 6 people behind us. We left. Unbelievable....this is not customer service and represents this shop now I would add that, prior to lockdown, the management of this shop was excellent ( we go twice a week) and I would say the manager was one of the best in the Costa empire, well certainly in South Lanarkshire. Something has gone wrong, and what happened today was just a small example, and she, the manager, was present. I understand that this Branch is not a franchise so can someone from Costa Head Office support this manager. We wont be in a hurry to retur

   Absolutely brilliant company. I never leave reviews even bad ones but i have to this time. Me being a idiot, i messed up my order (to do with payment), i clicked the ‘chat’ and i was dealt with in minutes, my problem was rectified and i was set. But no, i messed it up when trying to reorder, i ordered the wrong size. I went back to the ‘chat’, explained how id messed up again but it was around 9/10pm on a Saturday so i didnt expect anyone to respond. But then went to my emails to see that a colleague (from the chat) had emailed explaining ‘i see you had ordered MEDIUM first but now it is XS, do you want me to change it?’ I was in shock that they treated me like a human that made a mistake and they took it upon themselves to confirm if it was correct or not. I went to sleep and woke up (Sunday) to an email confirming they had changed the size and would send out Monday. Brilliant. With all this, i ordered on Saturday for next day delivery. I got the jumper by Tuesday. It was my folt why but i am just grateful for the way i was treated and helped so thank you retro designer wear, i will shopping here again!

   Very disappointed with a gift I got for Christmas from retro designer wear only size medium in stock that's what size was only available to buy and company sent me a size small instead they lied about size and email sent back was we do not have a medium left in stock so because of this thought would be ok to send me the completely wrong size not happy about this
