Awful service !!! Very rude! Expect to wait for too long without information of how long will take no matter if you are pregnant or not. DO NOT USE AVOID AT ALL COST most rude and ignorant!!!
I have had my prescriptions sent from my GP to this pharmacy for years but gradually the service has become worse and worse. The man who serves at the counter is always rude, blunt and very unhelpful. He must have served me about ten times now and he is always the same. I have decided that enough is enough today and decided to have my prescriptions sent elsewhere where the welcome might be polite for a change. I would give no stars for his behaviour if I could.
My GPs online prescription service went down so after trying this over a period of a few weeks hoping it would be up and running again, I went into Hampton Hill pharmacy to ask them to order the repeat prescription for medication I need as a necessity every day, prescribed by consultant psychiatrists who work for my mental health team. The first lady I spoke to was very accommodating, understood the issue and said she'd ordered it and my meds would be ready to collect in a couple of days. The problem occurred when I went back into Hampton Hill pharmacy to collect my prescription and was this time met by a rude and aggressive large woman who usually stands at the back of the shop. She had intervened and cancelled my prescription which I now needed as a matter of emergency as I had only a couple of days worth left. She said I wasn't taking the medicine as prescribed. I didn't follow what she was getting at at first. She then said I ordered a month's worth of meds six weeks ago. I explained clearly that I always order my prescriptions a week early in order to have an emergency supply. I explained why I hadn't ordered this prescription two weeks earlier and that it was because of the GPS online ordering system which the first lady was made aware of. This bully of a woman then started getting red in the face and telling me to call 111 and ignored my clear explanation of why I was ordering the meds two weeks late. How uncannily ignorant. I phoned my GP and had it sent to the pharmacy, When I went back the second time, it was another lady serving and the xl bully loitering at the back of the pharmacy. It took two members of the team, searching through trays to eventually realise, the lout in question had taken my medication, prescribed by health professionals to the back of the shop, away from all the other prescriptions and seemed to be hiding it or something. Iv now changed pharmacy because I didn't feel safe around that type of person.
Terrible service. The staff always look miserable and are unpleasant. They look like they hate their jobs and don't want to be there. The woman at the counter is the rudest of them all. Always looking miserable and grumpy. Probably with herself for not getting a better job!
I've had consistently disappointing experiences at this pharmacy in Hampton Hill. Prescription orders are never ready on time, and waiting times can be excessively long. Prescriptions left with them have even expired. Witnessing a pharmacist eating pizza behind the counter while handling medication was concerning and unprofessional. The pharmacy's owner has consistently exhibited rude behavior, further contributing to my overall dissatisfaction with the customer service. This aspect significantly impacts the overall experience at this establishment. I wouldn't recommend this as a reliable local pharmacy.

Horrible staff and it is getting worse every time. Now they are not just impolite but straight aggressive. I have changed my pharmacy at my GP.

Given the incorrect advice by the pharmacist there who knows less than she thinks. Not very helpful. I’d suggest using the pharmacy in Teddington as they are brilliant
The pharmacy manager seems to have a severe attitude problem that we have experienced on multiple occasions. We are told we need to phone ahead to confirm prescriptions are ready to pick up and when we do we are then told that we are wasting her clinical time by calling. It would be good to have consistency with what communication is to patient's in regards to picking up prescriptions.
