   Excellent service when recently buying a 3 piece Harris Tweed Suit. Rose in the Falkirk store was a pleasure to deal with and everything was arranged easily. Delivery to Northern Ireland was quick and I had to swap to a different suit but this was sorted without any issues and I had my new suit on Christmas Eve. Keith even escorted me to the tailor nearby who was to do some alterations on my own garments which I had brought with me. They were very helpful in arranging packaging and postage to my home.    Very disappointing. Ordered a Navy jacket which arrived and is very black. Pitch black so there can be no mistake about whether it is navy or not. Called the company to discuss this because I want a Douglas jacket and wanted to make sure I ordered the correct one. However, despite the information being wrong, I'm expected to pay the postage to return, and the woman pretty much called me a liar, saying that if it said, it was navy, it must be navy.

   I called to order a Harris Tweed jacket, and the lady on the phone, Rose I believe her name was, was very helpful. She helped me through sizing and other questions I had. I received the jacket promptly, and decided to buy the matching waistcoat - they offered a discount as I had bought the jacket previously. Couldn't have been more helpful. Very happy with my purchases and wouldn't hesitate to shop with Colin White Menswear again.

   I bought a Harris Tweed Overcoat online recently, the first one was too large but returning it and receiving the new one was completely hassle free and very efficient. Isabel, the lady I spoke to over the phone, was brilliant to deal with, very friendly and helpful regarding the size of overcoat I should wearing. All in all an excellent experience that I can highly recommend.
