   Fantastic service staff going above & beyond. I was searching stores for a pair of trousers that made up a suit but were discontinued. I believe the staff member was called Maraide she located & posted out to me here in Newcastle & even rang the next day to check I had received. That's service, thank you so much!

   For furniture ie, they do a very good deal, if you check out regularly, you'll find what you're looking for and very reasonably priced.....good value for money and very friendly and helpful staff, with advice and delivery contact....found what I was looking for there....

   This is now a Next 'Clearance' outlet, selling all the overstock, etc from other shops, so if you want to buy anything in the current ranges, etc you'll need to go elsewhere to a proper 'Next' - the closest is the Kingsgate retail park.
