   Food’s great but service is even better. Staff are very friendly and go the extra mile to give you the best experience. I come here regularly and have yet to have any issues even when busy. They also have an entire vegan menu which I think is great, might have to try that out when I get bored of the regular (doubt it).

   It’s so nice to be able to choose from a full menu without having to worry about which dishes are vegan or not cross contaminated! Tikka Express vegan food is delicious - easily the best indian I’ve had. Not too greasy, full of flavour, and good size portions (the photo is just a quarter of what I got!). Friendly staff too. I’ll be back :)

   DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I placed an order at around 6.30pm. When the order had not arrived by 7.40pm, my friend and I called the restaurant. They explained that the order was on its way - though they sounded a little confused about the order. By 8pm, the food had still not arrived. We called the restaurant again, and could hear the manager asking each of the drivers whether they had delivered the order, to which the answer was no. They pointed the finger at a particular driver. We could hear this driver say that he had in fact delivered the food, though he was very vague and could not offer any details. We tried to explain that we had not received anything, and perhaps the order had been delivered to the wrong place. The restaurant manager was very rude, dismissive and unhelpful. He refused a refund or to send the food at that time, and explained that we would need to contact Deliveroo. We explained that his driver was lying and that we had not received the order. He was very reluctant to remedy the situation. He even put the phone down on us when we tried to call back later on. Fortunately, Deliveroo have now offered us a refund (reluctantly, as the restaurant are supposed to offer this).

   Haven't been impressed by an Indian in a long time - we had the set menu for two on Deliveroo and couldn't fault any aspect of the meal. Delivery was quick, all came hot and great value for money. We added the dahl, also 10/10 (great onion bahjiis too!)
