Had an issue with a pair of jeans fraying after minimal use. Martin organised a replacement pair to be sent out to my address - can't ask for more. Cheers
I bought a bunch of gear out of here last year, so in interest of fairness I’ll say the jeans are great and shirt fine The shoes on the other hand, poor quality with sole coming away. Most disappointingly the stores attitude to help resolve the matter…..or not We’ll I’m off to the cobblers to try and fix these shoes!!
Great variety of high quality clothes, helpful staff. Shop is really well managed. Bought a few t shirts and jumpers, quality of the clothes were top notch. Staff were also really attentive and helpful
Nice but don't always have sizes in shirts or suites. Wanted a suit for my dad didn't have his size. I wanted a waistcoat didn't have my size. Thankfully I got a shirt. Also am not sure why most things don't have price tags on them. Need to ask for price.
Really nice suits and staff were friendly enough. Don’t understand why they make minor alterations to suits? Won’t be buying from the place again because they cannot make minor adjustments to the suit. Paid over £300 for a suit and needed to find a alterations place to get my suit fitted correctly which cost £48. Ridiculous
Fantastic service in store and great quality shirts and ties on sale. I was really impressed by the help from the assistant, selecting the correct shirt style. He immediately knew what I needed and it saved me a lot of time.
