I tried to return a pair of boots for a bigger size less than 1 month after they were bought for me as a Christmas present. Even though I had a gift receipt I was given no option.
Bought clothes through Xile/Tessuti. Returned to the Xile store on 6th of March. No refund given, avoid this scam please

disgusting service, ordered paid of trainers last week, paid for extra for quick delivery and was told a few days later there was a delay, which is fine things happen, the following day i called them and was told as the store will send them ouot, they called the store with me on hold and said the store confirmed it will be sent same day and i would get a tracking number later that day, surprise surprise i didn't, so called them again the following day and was told the same thing, again nothing has came through, i have also been speaking to them on email asking for a refund, they said they couldn't as it has been despatched, which is a complete lie, as nobody has sent anything, they have alse been saying it's been packed by the warehouse, however the 2 agents i spoke to on the phone said it was getting sent out by the store. I purchased these last saturday, i needed them for a party tomorrow (friday) i have also been asking for a refund which they cannot give me so now they have my money and i cant purchase another pair for the party, the trainers are nearly £200. I would advise against anybody using them, i'm sickened with their actions
Messed about big time with an online order. I ended up being refunded after I was twice promised my item was on it's way. Utter claptrap. Funny how all of a sudden while I'm waiting for my item to arrive I get refunded. Item probably wasn't in stock in the first place so they basically lied twice to me. I won't be shopping with this lot again. Poor.
Shocking customer service. Make sure u make your mind in the first visit. Manager or I don't know who is wee man at the door can be very cheeky if u come back and look again. I made my mind wee man went schuh and buy same shoes cheaper. Happy to send copy of the receipt.
Modern Day Thieves! Shocking customer service, happy to take your order and then they send you wrong sizes, wrong items or missing items. Getting a refund is non existent for online orders. If you leave a review they ask you to go to another site with your details and then completely ignore you. Reporting this business to trading standards as they are effectively stealing peoples money. Don’t be fooled by the prices as they are only any good if you actually get the items you ordered. Avoid Avoid Avoid or be disappointed, you have been warned. Search the internet for reviews if you don’t believe me.
Used for years every Xmas! Never again placed huge order on Sunday 13th realised made a mistake contacted them to change size of top told no. So have to re order another top and then once large order come return the wrong one. We'll the one top came with in two days. The huge order we'll told still in warehouse they have no control over the orders!! So been 10days not moved but couldn't change order. And now no chsritmas gifts or birthday and I can't amend or cancel joke customer service rude messaging I'm Stating. No customer service should say this
