Booked on online NHS flu and COVID jab, one available on line every 3 minutes. Arrived at allotted time to be told that COVID jab unavailable and they needed to check if they had enough flu jabs. Eventually agreed to give me one. But had to complete paperwork for the chemist, not nhs, what’s the point of digitising when you still need paperwork. Waited a further 15 min. Having been there for nearly half an hour had to leave, last year Boots took 2 minutes. What’s the point in booking? DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY Now unable to rebook because the app won’t allow sane dst cancellations

Booked flu jab in advanced to turn up and say none was available absolutely disgusting now have to wait 24 hours to rebook somewhere else due to the booking system why do you not contact or even let people book if none in stock

The staff are amazing, very helpful and caring and help to make sure you have been given the correct medication. If they do not have what you need they will obtain it and keep you informed. Sometimes you do have to wait a while but that is probably because they take so much care of each person.

If patience is a virtue, this pharmacy is surely in the business of producing saints. The service here moves at a pace that makes glaciers look restless. You queue, you wait, and eventually you discover the secret twist: whatever you came for is probably out of stock. I used to think the purpose of a pharmacy was to provide medicine. Here, it feels more like a conceptual art project β€” a performance piece about scarcity, confusion, and the fragility of hope. And it’s not just me. I watched a diabetic customer leave without her full prescription, despite being told it was ready. An elderly gentleman, on his third trip, was informed that his medication was β€œpartially available” β€” like it was some sort of seasonal delicacy. The staff don’t seem to pre-prepare prescriptions at all; they only begin rummaging around once the poor customer is standing there, bewildered, in front of the counter. The result? Delays, long queues, and the occasional existential crisis. In my case, they were out of stock too. I had to come back another day. Luckily, I only had to return once β€” but the experience left me wondering whether this pharmacy is a healthcare provider or a bleak comedy troupe. If Kafka had written about a chemist, it would look a lot like this.

Exceptional Care at Paydens Pharmacy, I had an outstanding experience at Paydens this morning , after being struggling with pain all night and after trying unsuccessfully to get an appointment with my GP. The pharmacist took the time to thoroughly assess me heath, asking thoughtful questions about my symptoms and quick identifying the issue. Within just 20 minutes, I received a precise diagnosis and an effective prescription - all delivered with kindness and professionalism. I felt truly supported and reassured throughout the process. Highly recommend this pharmacy for anyone seeking fast and compassionate and expert care . Unfortunately I didn't ask the name of the professional but all the team was very welcoming and supportive.

Open late and have always been helpful. You do have to wait a little but that's expected at a busy pharmacy.

I would give no stars if the option was available. Over the past in using this pharmacy I have had other people's medicine in my bag along with my meds, we have had medication delivered and card put through the door. Gone to the pharmacy and the y can't find it or order not ready. You can lose a good 40 minutes in this pharmacy waiting for the incompetent staff to get things right. My last visit I put my name in to collect medications and I have about 30 boxes to collect, I said while you sorting out my prescription I'll quickly pop into Surbiton and back, got back after 20 minutes and still not ready. I sad to the lady at the counter I am just going next door to the doctors side to speak to the receptionist. Got back to paydens and a yound girl looking so please to give me my prescription gave me two boxes and I said there should be a lot more than this... not only had I had to wait for her to get two boxes check with Jeanette Bencatt the pharmacist, so this young girl went looking and I saw every thing she was doing and they had my order sitting on the side, that needed the pharmacist to check off before given out, which included the two items the she had just picked as my order on the side already had these two items in as i saw them taking labels off as i cant be dispence two of the same item. I had waited over 30 minutes to get the bag of two items check off. My order with every thing it in was waiting to be checked off by the pharmacist which ment I had to wait further. Jeanette Bencatt the pharmacist was out at the front of shop talking to a customer at this time, the she decides to start serving three customers , whilst there is orders to be checked off and three assistants all standing together. So I said really you can't get an assistnat to serve so you can check off my order as I have been here for 40 mins I have got better things to do. She then argued with me and said I have not been there that long. Every time there is some issue and the pharmacist Mention above either hates doing her job or has a personality problem, she is the most rudest pharmacist that I have ever had met. Argumentive, rude, arrogant and unhelpfull. She has am attribute problem and is always rude to people. I have even stood next to others and the response is the same always have problems. Discussed with the lever of customer service given, they don't. Even check the medication with the customer. Paydens management need to look into the running of this pharmacy is aweful and not a good look for your name. My photos show its a big difference in medication given and collected. Staff to lazy to check on there computers

I did not have any problems with them. They speak at the back and a bit slow but it did not bother me since it is Christmas time.

Would give no stars if I had the option! Absolutely worst pharmacy I've had the displeasure of walking into !!! Rude unhelpful staff ! One member actually shrugged her shoulders to me when there was a mix up with my medication, and told not my problem it's yours ....avoid using them ..

Shocking service. I cannot put into words how incompetent some of the staff are. Every time I go back (their opening hours suit me) expecting poor service, and every time they surprise me by reaching new lows. Lost prescriptions, incorrect items, hour waits when no other customers are there. Today they lost 2 prescriptions, and were exceptionally rude throughout. Truly disgusting service.
