Amazing pharmacy! Went there as our GP was fully booked, had seen Zuozou-a nice ,polite girl, who after checking gave us antibiotics on the spot, it was faster than seeing a doctor and very professional. Thank you so much.
I agree with Keith Barry. Half a dozen staff all yakking to each other and the "Pharmacist" had gone shopping so they couldn't hand me my prescription. This place is a disgrace.
All of them were talking and laughing and not serving customers. Absolutely ridiculous. What is the reason for getting paid? To mess around? Basically fraud...
Have,been using this family pharmacy for a good many years.It,has been developed recently to a much better place for the customers with more products ,cleaner attractive environment,too.More,newly installed products for the customer is great instead of going further to another store .It's,always nice to be served with a wonderful smile in greetings by Una,Angela,Sanjay ,Krishan who are friendly, helpful and proffessional .Great,thanks to the rest of the un -named team,too.Its, wonderful to have no stress as our future medications are always accurate and on time .Hoping,the staff will not change and the store remains friendly and professionall as now.
I’m not sure why there are such negative reviews, in my experience this is a brilliant pharmacy. Ive needed my prescription urgently a few times and they are always ready to help. Very grateful for their professionalism and customer service.
What a lovely pharmacy. The gentleman that served me, who I’m assuming is also the pharmacist was so kind and helpful. I came in when the other pharmacy near by didn’t have the right antibiotics, I’ll be using this pharmacy from no on as I think they have more prescriptions in stock.
Best pharmacy in Surbiton. It’s a great little place with warm, welcoming staff and has a very personal feel. It’s very clean and well organised with plenty of stock - the service is always fast and helpful, couldn’t recommend more. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a great experience here getting our toddler the chicken pox vaccine. The pharmacist was great with her and she didn’t shed a single tear. Would highly recommend.
Took my 1yo daughter for her first chicken pox vaccine. We were seen early and really professionally. The price was more affordable than Boots and the service more personal too. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
We’ve used this pharmacy for a few years, and they are so friendly, extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. They’ve helped us with information dealing with milk allergies, and most recently the chicken pox vaccine. Each time we go in they’ve given us the time to explain what’s needed, and they really put my child at ease when he had the vaccine. Would highly recommend!
