Do NOT buy online from this pharmacy they rip people off . My order has never materialised. They promised to deal with it never did so have reported to trading standards regarding their on line sales . It's obvious I'm not the first they have ripped off but I refuse to let them get away with it . I have also contacted Rip off Britain regarding their practices . BuY at your peril ..you won't get products and you won't get a refund !! But they are not going to get away with it ...
I WOULDN’T recommend ordering online from this company, I wish that I had seen they have such a low rating! I made an order 14 days ago the product was in stock online and after a week I chased up as to why it’s not been delivered? The first call I was fobbed off, next call the next day, was told the product was never in stock due to an error! That’s fine, was told I’d get a refund and I’m still waiting, dispute yet another phone call and was fobbed off again. Only thing going for this problem is they are polite on the phone.
Wonderful and personalised service. The staff will go the extra mile for there customers. Cannot rate them high enough, it they have not got the item you require, they will source it and get it for you in the shortest time. They are amazing.
Really knowledgeable staff, customer service second to none. If the item is not in store they will move heaven and earth to get it to you. Used them from 1995 and would not go anywhere else.
It can be very hit and miss in this pharmacy. I stopped using this pharmacy not long ago because quite often, they didn't have all the medication required which meant I had to find time to go back and pick the rest up. You might think that is petty but, I am a fulltime carer for my Nan, and I can't always ensure someone is here to look after my Nan so I can go out and get shopping or go to the pharmacy as family work fulltime. Last year, I was also given someone else's medication! I might be wrong, but this pharmacy is now under new management as I went in there not that long ago and there were new people in there working and none of the old staff seemed to be there. I know one of the people who worked there were moving up towards Birmingham. Of the 3 pharmacies that are around Money Hill, I would always recommend "Dave's".
Lovely staff. Knowledge, friendly and helpful. It's an old-fashioned pharmacy with real personality.
Very knowledgeable staff who are happy to give out free advice, if item is not in they deliver it free of charge to your door the same day. They also collect the prescription from the GP just a few doors down the road and have it ready for you to collect or will deliver it to your door. The attitude is can do will do which is most helpful.
