   I walked out of Jade Pharmacy today feeling utterly disrespected. The staff member, whose face was quite normal, but from below he was abnormally wide, at the desk spoke to me as if I were a misbehaving child, with a tone that was downright patronizing. To make matters worse, he seemed completely indifferent to how his attitude came across. If you value decent customer service, I'd strongly suggest choosing another pharmacy. This was a terrible experience. Also, most of the time they never have your perscriptions on time.

   Hi I am very happy receive good service from poona who looks after meand gives good advice whenever needed. Even after having a bad experience at the pharmacy some time ago With some other staff. At least everything is fine and glad we have a good pharmacy near us. Wishing them all the best and they continue serving everyone.

   I have been associated as a customer with Jade pharmacy since 2014 and have never had any issues. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist. Poonam has been there since I have known the place. Absolutely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend the place for its staff and medications.

   I’ve been using Jade Pharmacy for over 6-7 years.I regularly use this pharmacy for collection and delivery of medication.Every time a prescription is sent here I’ve never had any issues as the staff are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable.Actually I think the staff actually go out of their way and always make sure medication is ready on time or earlier.And if I need any guidance or help Ashween,Mitul and Anmol are available to help above and beyond.Their service is exceptional and I believe they need to be mentioned to let everyone know how kind the staff are here.Keep up the great work.

   Awful customer service at this specific pharmacy. The pharmacists will always make you wait a very long time for collecting medication. It’s never ready in time. They never answer the phone. To make matters worse, they forget to put some medicines in the bag. Or don’t put enough, which means you have to make a double trip back to them. It’s ridiculous. The new staff don’t have a clue! What a shame. Big shout out to Poonam though, she’s the most welcoming person at this pharmacy. 5 stars to her.
