   On my past two visits the chemist hasn’t opened on time at 9.00am. This is frustrating especially as I work so it has a knock on effect and I am late. When I eventually got in this morning she had the cheek of rudely and in front of other customers , telling me to wait. Poor service and rude staff. I intend changing my pharmacy

   Gill Chemist Norwood road.southall. We have used above for over 40 years. Extremely professional. Brilliant helpful staff who always go the extra mile. Frankly with the health problems, my husband and I have had , I am not sure we would be here with out them all. Mr Gill and his wonderful service. We have previously made comments about them all but they have never been printed My friends have had the same experience. I think maybe you think Southall no it's Norwood road. Thanks Mr Gill and all you beautiful ladies. We could not ask for any more. 5 stars would not cover it You are all so cheerful even when rushed of your feet We enjoy coming on and when we can't you make sure it's delivered to the door.

   Terrible costumer service with unprofessional and extremely slow staff. It took them 10 days to finally take care of my prescription. Every time I called them for an update, they asked me to call back in 15 minutes for them not to pick up the phone anymore. Even when the prescription was ready to be picked up, I had to wait 20 minutes so they can finish the “paperwork”. Avoid at any cost!!!

   Absolutely appalling service. Ladies who answer the phone and ask you to hold whilst they continue having a chat. Completely unprofessional. Some struggle to speak english properly and they lie. The pharmacist himself is so rude and also lied and when i asked him why he hung up! Obviously unhappy and over worked. No customer service. Should try and show some empathy for patients who are obviously unwell and need help and more importantly..MEDICATION. Don't bother with them. Would be zero stars if possible.
