   Love this store but today, on one of the warmest days, there was no air conditioning. Also, the self-checkout works only up to a point. Despite using it, most of us who did ,were stopped at the door due to the security alarm going off. Being made to feel like a criminal does not invite me back to your store. If you are going to force us to self -check out then provide the working technology.

   Very impressive modern, bright a s spacious shop, a great asset to Silverburn. The staff always work hard to keep the shop well stocked. The self service tills are great and you can complete your purchases quickly. Any problems there is always a member of staff on hand to help.

   You have a male on the self scanners today around 11am. He took us from another counter clearly we hadn’t been in the store before. He rolled his eyes and treated us like scum actually. Me and my dad came in and he shood us to self scan and ignores us when we asked for help. He was the rudest man I have ever met working at a clothing store and I don’t usually complain. I would like this taken further as I don’t want anyone else getting treated like this.

   This jacket was purchased from Glasgow Fort on 29 December 2024 and has been worn a maximum of 4 times. One of the slats the belt goes through fell off and there is wear and tear on the sleeves. I wanted to exchange this jacket for alternative clothing where I would have spent even more money in the store , however the store manager advised it was her opinion there was no fault with the jacket and the issue has been caused by my daughter abusing it .

   Terrible company I went in to get a refund waited 20 minutes as both managers were on break together the cue was massive behind us and held up because the staff are not authorised to do refunds what a nonsense this size of store should have a separate return till staff on desks were lovely but manageress had a Terrible attitude her no apology or eye contact with us or lady waiting on other till

   Wife thought it was great unlike the contents of my wallet!! Spacious and well stocked, lots of colourfull ladies clothing so wife enjoyed, enough said!

   Strange place. Massive shop with a queue to match but only 2 tills out of 3 open. To add the this any time a customer wanted to pay with cash the staff member had to wait on a manager (whose only job seemed to be taking hangers from customers in the queue) to come and count the money first. Very inefficient and slow, would not go back.
