   The so called “manager” The lady with short hair, has changed the pharmacy completely. Going to the pharmacy is now a very unpleasant experience, there seems to always be tension amongst colleagues! She seems to get involved in every conversation and makes a massive deal about everything! Will be having to take my business elsewhere. A disgraceful addition to the team

   This was an exceptionally great service by Nash the accredited technician for micro suction removal in both ears using the Tympa system with a colour hand held screen. This also takes pictures of the wax and the clean ear drum which she showed me, this is much superior compared with other micro suction systems I have used. Nash took great care in removing all the ear wax, as I have a narrow ear canal in one ear and was completely painless. I highly recommend this service from Nash at Health on the Hill.

   I have been going to this Pharmacy for over 30 years. The service was especially good when Omar was the pharmacist and Jackie was on the counter. The were so pleasant and efficient. Unfortunately, during the last year or so there has been repeated mix-ups with my prescriptions by incompetent staff who either can't find my prescription, which was actually in their drawer though they insisted twice that it was not; they issue items I haven't requested and not the ones that I have asked for; they generally don't seem to be capable of operating any kind of reliable system. Example - I recently ordered one item on prescription and asked my husband to collect for me as I am disabled. I made it clear that I only needed one item and was told it was on a separate batch. My husband went to collect it and he was given a bag containing 2 items, neither of which I needed instead of the item I ordered. This had been issued separately at the same time and was left languishing in the drawer. Surely, they know what rubber bands are? These mistakes are very inconvenient necessitating additional journeys and causing much frustration and annoyance over what should be a very simple matter. Another time I had to get my GP surgery involved to sort out the mess and confusion. When I phoned to complain I was given ridiculous excuses and no apology whatsover. Please Health on the Hill train your staff in customer service and to do their jobs properly. I have never witnessed such a shambles in a High Street Pharmacy in all my life!

   They are one of a few chemists that can still deliver for those who can not collect, plus, subject to evaluation, will still make up dosset boxes for prescriptions. Never an issue with parking, despite being in the high street. Friendly, and helpful staff.

   Took my 95 year old mum for a waxing session that turn into 3 attempts. Nash was so patient and understanding with mum who was nervous. She successfully has made mum‘s hearing so much better. Highly recommend her for her professionalism and care.

   Visited verve aesthetics here!! Shriya is honestly amazing and SO knowledgeable! Her results are so natural and I feel confident coming to her! She put my mind at ease (I’m needle phobic) and after my consultation I knew I came to the right person! I am loving my defined face and I am only two sessions in and have noticed the benefit of The PRP on my hair already!!! Would definitely recommend!

   With this pharmacy for years and had great service until recently with new staff when I complained that mistakes had been made with my dosette box week later without warning told I had to find another pharmacy and that my dosette box hadn't been done. so on 16th July 2022 no ESSENTIAL medication for ONE WEEK until I found an emergency pharmacy until find more permanent solution

   So unprofessional and unhelpful...no discretion or empathy. I'm launching a senior complaint about another pharmacy in the area but also about how humiliating this pharmacy was with what they said to me in front of customers...I can't even cope!

   Made me wait for 25 minutes for a prescription and that too it had only 1 medicine on it. It wasnt like there was a queue. The pharmacist kept apologising for the delay. Three people working there and shockingly inefficent.
