This was one of the great Indian food I had in Bristol. The spice level can be as per requirement, you will get freshly cooked food for you . Fantastic, independent restaurant which is full of passion and flavour! Went here on an off chance and very glad we did. The team are clearly passionate about what they do and that translates into the food which was full of complex flavours. The owner made recommendations which we followed and we will certainly be returning to try the rest of the menu.
My second time eating here and once again not disappointed. The first time I was with a friend who is vegan and we ordered a selection of these dishes that were all wonderful. The next time I went with my husband and had a selection of meat and fish, all were absolutely delicious and freshly cooked. I had to order the kale pakoras again, they are amazing!
Visited after a trip to the theatre. Loved the selection of food - nice to have choices quite different from the usual Indian restaurant dishes - and the street food set up gives space to try a variety of dishes. Friendly staff, clean, bright and attractive decor. My only negative was that the loud music made talking a bit of work.
Really tasty food and great service! The portions are on the small side but the prices are not too bad actually so it works out not bad value. 100% recommend!!
Samosa chat tasted really good but very less quantity for the price. Bombay bhel was not authentic at all but very bland, boring and extremely less quantity for the price. Bhel was a turn off. We didn't feel like ordering anything further after that. Service was okay. The lady who came to take orders wasn't aware of any of the dishes and whatever we asked. The called someone from the kitchen who then helped us with our queries. Overall the experience was okay, though we went with really high expectations.
Stumbled upon the newly opened restaurant this evening and enjoyed a delicious meal. The lamb curry was particularly good. Really friendly + personal service. An extensive menu with lots of gf choices too. My pals and I agreed we will absolutely be back!
I recently visited this place and the food was absolutely delicious, every dish was expertly prepared with the perfect balance of spices and flavors. Truly authentic, reminded me of home. The staff was incredibly friendly, they made sure that we felt welcome and comfortable. If you're looking for authentic, delicious Indian cuisine and a warm and welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend this place. :)
