Dipali did an excellent job, organising and explaining our holiday vaccine requirements for Africa and carefully doing the injections. Was extremely careful in reviewing our NHS records and updating details of the vaccine injections and tablets. Thank you Dipali for your knowledge, kindness and attention to detail. I received excellent service from Dipali at the Kirby Pharmacy today. I needed a treatment for my son and after a brief consultation Dipali was able to give me some cream to treat it which saved a trip to the GP but the treatment was still given free by the NHS. An all round excellent service, Kirby’s is such an asset to the Teddington high street.
I would like to thank the doctor who helped my grandmother today. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was incredibly patient, kind, and professional. She took the time to answer all our questions clearly and with great care. Thank you again for your compassion and professionalism.
Thank you very much to Dipali at Kirby Chemist for the friendly consultation and efficient dispensing of medicine which I took away with me. Saved an appointment with my GP for someone who needs it more. Watching her do the admin was painful - Pharmacy First need to get their act together and streamline their online system, but Kirby’s did a great job!

Best dentist ever! Farah is the most knowledgeable, kind and confident dentist who you feel complete trust in (I’m very cyclical in general just so you know). She is a rare breed of competence with a very caring and gentle approach and a good sense of humour to relax you. She can’t do enough to make you feel comfortable, explains everything and you feel you are being consulted and given options and choices as to how to proceed with your dental care depending on your feelings and finances. I never write reviews so please take this as a very meaningful and honest one! My whole family now go and we all feel the same! Don’t waste your time with other dentists in the area as it’s truly a great experience from the first moment of contact - the lady on reception is delightful as are the lovely dental nurses too - to leaving with your treatment completed. It’s almost enjoyable!
I used Kirby Chemist yesterday for holiday vaccinations, as my own doctors surgery could not accommodate an appointment in time for my trip. It worked perfectly, prompt, informative and a very professional approach. I shall now advise my daughter to use them for our trip.
KIRBY DENTIST Farah is the kindest, most knowledgeable dentist I ever came across. I have seen 5 different doctors the last two years, but non of them could put me at ease. Due to my fear/phobia I was extremely nervous but she managed to calm me down by explaining everything into details.All the questions I had,she answered with respect and patience.She also didn't mind stopping during the treatment when I felt uncomfortable. Second treatment was done today and I have to say, I'm very pleased with the results!Can't thank her and her lovely assistant enough for the caring service. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!
