Very helpful staff. My son had lost the email with a gift card and only realised when he went to use it in the store yesterday. The staff member who we talked to in the Glasgow store went out of his way to help us track it down via a call to customer service and get it sent out to him again. Great service, and great products.
Huge store and beautifully fitted. Quality of the products is pretty decent although erring on the higher end of high street pricing. A few lines online are at reduced prices vs very similar lines in branch. Worth checking before you buy. They also do a good click and collect service where you can collect and return from the store at no cost.
Vastly different from others in the same platform. Good clothing choices. I had a pickup today and collected on time with no delays.
I feel this is one of their best shops I have been in. Unlike a lot of superdry shops this one is well set out with space between the clothes, it makes it a lot easier to walk about and see the clothes.
Staff is very helpful and friendly. Great variety of stock to choose from. Very big store. Will be back. The music is very loud.
Fantastic service in store today by Lucy…. She really made a difference to our shopping experience. The only negative is the store was freezing, so we didn’t stay long, but will be back!
Quite a big space here and almost all the variety available. Only thing which i feel is lighting inside it is always very low and of different colour. So you can not understand the exact color of item you select. Lights near the mirror is also low. All the products are relatively costly but yes they are good in quality
