My recent visit was an unpleasant one. I was at the store an hour before closing time and wanted to use the fitting room. Unfortunately, this was ‘closed’. Approached a staff to ask if the fitting room was open, but staff replied ‘I think it’s closed now’. If I knew, I would not have bothered to visit. They’ve just lost sales as I was intending to buy.
I was in yesterday to braehead store to hand in a cv and as I walked away the 2 staff members laughed together. Not professional atall and very rude.
Manager is rough and rude. Employees need customer services training. No welcome or greet at this store. The staff behave suspicious and look at you as if you are up to something. Clothing stuff is good but my visit was first and last here due to staff and manager behaviour. Would rate zero!
staff too busy talking to each other than come help the customer lost a sale ! wont be back !!
The store is overall a bit crowded especially when there is a number of people in the store. But overall the customer service was good and I enjoyed my experience.
Glad I eat carrots as the lighting in here is poor.. Found what I was looking for without the aid of a Davey lamp and no budgies were harmed in the process. Quality of the clothes is without question
Great friendly service. Currently a sale on. The jacket we wanted was not the right size but the staff took the time to try and source one for us. Well worth a visit.
This Japanese Jeans and latterly designer clothing outlet in Braehead sells mostly their own branded products and mostly they are pretty good and not especially expensive. I was looking for a decent winter wear jacket and their stock was surprisingly good, well made ( i. e. Well Padded, a lot of the jackets I have looked at would be useless in a cold day ) and less expensive than most other shops I looked at.
