   I was on a night away with my family at Chessington World of adventures. I had forgotten a set of pills which may have meant heading home. The pharmacy talked me though using 111 for an emergency prescription then had it ready me quickly and efficiently. Additionally all stuff where welcoming and helpful

   Ashleigh and Nilesh are absolutely amazing. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and it’s clear that they genuinely care about their customers. They know their customers well, greeting you by name and genuinely asking how you are. They have supported myself and my son for years, and their kindness and personal touch make all the difference. Whenever I have questions, they take the time to help, and their advice is always first-class. The rest of the team are also wonderful, Karen, for example, is always welcoming and friendly. I truly believe they deserve recognition for the exceptional way they support our community. They are a huge part of it, and they would be greatly missed if they were not there.

   Thank you so much to the team for sorting out my prescription just in time for the weekend. I’m having to rely on assistance as can’t drive currently and realised my partner couldn’t be in two places at the same time so was panicking a bit about when I could get my meds but Cohens lovely staff managed to sort things out perfectly. Very understanding, totally on the ball as always. Wouldn’t use another chemist. Best in the area!

   The staff are really friendly and welcoming. the person who administered my flu jab was so lovely. Had a quick chat, showed real social skills and didn’t make me feel I was getting in the way of his day. All took no more than 10 minutes. Definite 5 stars!

   Every time I go in to Cohens, I am greeted so well, and with such care and compassion. Its no doubt every time I have a customer experience with Karen I instantly feel at ease! Genuinely some of the kindest and most helpful staff throughout, and I am very grateful its my local pharmacy. Your hard work and extremely lovely staff definitely does not go unnoticed.

   Wouldn't recommend this chemist. at home 8 months pregnant the whole house has covid -19 and yes we've all been fully vaccinated no one can leave as we're all positive I called a head to this pharmacy to make sure they could deliver to me I was promised yes we can deliver the next day so went ahead have my prescription sent here waited till 12:00 called them up to let them know my door buzzer was not working only to be told no you're not getting a prescription today it won't be till tomorrow do you not realise being pregnant and having to wait on antibiotics I could end up being put in hospital just because of a delay receiving my antibiotics if you couldn't do what you said you could do I would have sent my prescription to a pharmacy that could

   Nilesh and team are great, quick, efficient, polite and professional service. Usually get a phone text msg when meds are ready and periodically also get a proactive call from the team for a quick "how are you are" phone check-up. Big free car park at back of surgery and K4 Bus stop outside. Highly recommended and super convenient if you are registered at Merritt Medical Centre.

   Always a long wait in here with staff who are reluctant to serve customers, and I have overheard giving quite poor advice for basic home care. They recently refused to fulfil my repeat prescription because they thought it was unusual, which I appreciate is part of their job, except that when I explained why it was unusual and suggested they check with the doctor at the attached surgery who had issued it, I was made to make an appointment with the doctor to get another prescription sent over (for exactly the same thing I already had a valid prescription for). Have had staff try to charge me for free contraceptives several times and defend this with "not knowing all of the drugs", this is a very common prescription that they must see frequently. All in all, unhelpful and not customer focused at all, but the pharmacy itself is clean, keeps convenient hours, and has plenty of seating.
