   I was waiting 45 minutes just to see if they have received my prescription and on the end, I could not because she was asking me you have to fill up the form and wait again on the queue

   Waited 5 hours for tablets to be dispensed. Before I got discharged. At 4 o'clock I asked for an update and told it could be as late as 6. I left without them . A friend is going this morning to collect. Why cant the hospital send the prescriptions to your local pharmacy. If the hospital one is not fit for purpose. It's certainly not the 1st time I've had issues with this service and they aren't helpful when you manage to get through by phone. The system needs to change. Give patients the option where to collect their medication.....

   Appalling service. Went to get prescription and there was a two hour wait. I left it with them and got a text later saying it was ready. Drove back to the hospital and of a month's supply of drugs they had five tablets. Girl on counter could not have been more disinterested. Tried to ring the next day for over half an hour and the phone just rings until it cuts off. It's lucky there is nothing important at stake..like people's health.

   I am a regular patient at Epsom Hospital and everyone on the wards etc are so professional and organized. This can’t be said about this pharmacy., it’s an absolute mess, disorganised, the staff depending on who you get either don’t know what they’re doing or are rude to you. Every time I’ve had to come in to pick up a prescription it’s either lost, they haven’t got it for what ever reason when I know that my consultant has sent it. The pharmacy needs a good clean, it’s dirty and a mess, and I dread having to come here.

   Travelled on a Saturday morning to collect an out patient prescription and discovered the hours listed on Google are incorrect. They’re not open on the weekends so don’t waste your time trying to get here.

   Long wait, messaging system doesn't always work. Staff are overrun. Don't turn up at 9, they don't open on sat till 10!

   Very bad service! My 3 month old grandson was prescribed medicine at around lunch time on Thursday. There was a long wait so my daughter put the prescription in and said she’d be back today, Friday. She went back after 4pm and it was still not ready!! She waited over an hour, repeatedly asking where the medicine is! At one point she heard someone say that too many mistakes are being made !! She now has to go back Monday. This absolutely disgusting!

   Very rude male staff - was pretending that he does not see customers,once call by one if them to help he said WE HAVE 45 MIN TO PREPARE THE MEDICINES....they have not been busy at all. One gentleman said he was waiting 4hrs already..... do not go there
