Poor service, always blaming errors on a change in computer systems. Change prescriptions without checking.
Suffering with a blocked ear, the team at Ricky's were able to see me straight away, and removed the wax that was causing the issue. Great service!
I've moved pharmacy because of the poor service to a pharmacy further away after trying with Ricky's for years. They don't pick up the phones, they claim they have your medication and it's never ready to pick up, I've been given the wrong medication before, I was told I could get an ear infection checked out in pharmacy by them as part of the pharmacy first scheme and then when I got there they realised they couldn't take a look at me because they realised they can only treat children. If you want to pick up medication account for 10-20 mins as it's never ready
Few interactions with this chemist for picking up my wife’s prescriptions. The staff are excellent- polite, friendly, professional. The store is always clean and well polished. Overall I think it is an example of how a good business should be run! Owners should be proud!
09/07/24 - Third time lucky. After trying three pharmacies to get a private prescription processed, Claire the pharmacist knew the procedure for 'The GP Service' and followed up with the provider to ensure the script was received by close of business so the medicine could be dispensed. Claire's advice and efforts were appreciated.

Always lovely staff and very helpful
I have had my services transferred from a local pharmacy to Ricky's about three years ago and I haven't looked back ever since. Ricky and his team are some of the friendliest people I have had the pleasure to interact with by using their services. About two years ago I went through a difficult patch healthwise and I couldn't even get out of my home. Ricky and his team would bring the medication to my place with no extra payment, sometimes as a matter of urgency. You ask them anything and they will do any thing to help you. Ricky's Chemist is extremely good indeed. They offer a level of service, great communication and advice in an efficient and friendly manner that I thought we'd seen the last of these days. They prepare prescriptions without delay and text me when they are ready and keep me updated of other services available in the same way. Extremely polite and always have plenty of staff to assist, even when busy. Cannot find better! Thank you Rickys.
