   Always understaffed, often only the pharmacy side has staff and no one at the regular till unless they notice you. Long queues and pretty empty shelves, better off going to Superdrug.

   I had the worst experience of my life her. I collected my prescription on Tuesday and the medication dispatched was incomplete. I was given a slip and asked to come back the next day, once an order had been placed. I did not return the next day as I had enough supply for 3 or 4 days. When I returned to collect on a Friday, I was told by the male trainee that I would need to comeback the next day aa they has no supply. Given that i was in pin and had run out of my medication, this was unacceptable for me. When I started asking questions about why the order was not placed and ready, no one had any answers. During the 30 minutes argument, the trainee had the nerve to accuse me of over taking my medication and thats why I had run out. Not only was this insinuation that i was overdosing insulting, it missed the whole point that 1. My complete prescription should have been issued 2. The outstanding medication should have been ready for me to collect the next day, regardless of when I actually decided to collect it. The same trainee has previously lost my daughter's had written prescription. After arguing for 30 minutes and everyone except the pharmacist running around like headless chickens, it turns out the medication was available. Imagine putting someone through all that because of incompetence. And trying to get me to run around to different pharmacies looking for the medication. I’m not sure what happened to the great manager that used to work their, but this level of service and accusations from an unqualified individual, is disgusting.

   I have changed to Boots as a nominated pharmacy recently, not expecting that service will be much better than I have experienced from other place which I have endured many years unsatisfactory service for simple repeated prescription. I absolutely delighted its efficiency and quick response through MMS. Thank you so much that my life will be bit less stressful with Boots.

   Its 9.16am on a weekday and its still not open even though they say 9am they’re open on weekdays. When asked the reason they said the pharmacist isn’t here yet, I told them particularly that I have nothing to do with pharmacist I am just here to pick up my parcel that I ordered online, but they didnt care and said we still cannot open. Asking me to wait for 10mins or more till the pharmacist is here only then they’ll open the doors

   Service provider doesn't seems like the service they are in. Wonder how they have licenced to run. GP prescription not delivered after 72 hours and no evidence backed response. Don't care attitude of staff even disturbing as such am begging, though I pay for the prescription. My experience is better we close this service provider and seek some compliance team intervention.

   Bad customer service! The member of staff behind the pharmacy counter was dealing with someone when I walked in. She was the only staff on the shop floor, but there were others at the back. After standing for about 10 mins waiting to be served I walked out as I wasn't even acknowledged. Not even 'hello, sorry to keep you waiting, I will be with you shortly'. I don't think she even looked in my direction, as if I didn't exist. I was the only customer in the shop other than the one being served at the pharmacy counter. Poor service.

   Absolutely unprofessional, no communication between staff members . I called day before to collect my private prescription and spoke to pharmacist. He confirmed asked me to come after 9am next day. I took 2 hrs off from work went to pharmacy and guess what he is not there nor he has left any note for my prescription. Replacement pharmacist refused to dispense me my medication and not willing to contact the guy. Utterly unhelpful, what a waste of time. This is my two hours which I will never get back. i would give them negative if I could

   I have collected my prescription here for 15 years. Received standard text to go and collect it on 22nd August. Went round there on the 24th to find it closed with a note on the door saying they were "closed due to no pharmacist". This remained the case until 30th August !. Then had to queue for a hour due to the backlog. They are now no longer sending out automated prescription reminders either - it's too much effort I think. Not a problem - I went to the GP surgery and have re-routed my medication to Superdrug. What a feeble and utterly rubbish service. I would give them zero stars if I could.
