   I’ve visited this pharmacy multiple times and have often encountered issues. The staff sometimes seem inexperienced and unsure of how to handle certain situations. Additionally, I’ve noticed that there’s often no manager available when problems arise, leading to longer wait times and some frustration. Moreover, the staff’s knowledge of English can sometimes be limited, which adds to the difficulty in communication. I hope that the team can receive additional training and support to enhance the overall experience for customers.

   I popped in to see if I could just get some advice from the pharmacist as my eye was bloodshot and quite painful. I wasn't sure if it was from dry eyes or something like pink eye. The cashier went to ask the pharmacist and came back recommending drops for conjunctivitis without the pharmacist actually even coming over to speak with me. When I said I wasnt sure that it was conjunctivitis as I hadnt had discharge, the pharmacist finally did come over to actually speak to me but was really beyond rude to me. Told me to look at the shop shelf for dry eye drops (I actually already had but just wanted a little advice if it was something like pink eye!) She picked up some drops from the back shelf and said 'there.' I'd not been rude once to her and certainly didnt deserve this kind of treatment. Clearly someone that is either stretched to thinnly or perhaps should be in a different job. Certainly not going to ask for her advice again.

   Honestly one star is because that is what you need to give to write a review. The staff are appalling. I will never forget the lady’s face who WITHOUT LISTENING to me turned me away at 18:00. I had told the staff I will be back in 5 minutes because I need to drop the patient’s sample to GP because I literally finished work at 17:40pm. So I ordered my prescription at 17:45 and it takes them a while to return. But when I came back at 18:00, exact 18:00 the lady through the glass told me to go away repeatedly chanting we are shut. Yes I am a functional citizen and I know what times shops shut. I had a critical patient at home sitting with an infection who needed the medicine asap and agreed with the desk I will be back. I will be reporting this pharmacy for the lack of care. Appalling. Poor. Horrific. Heart breaking. May we all sometimes drop the need to robotically follow rules and act like humans! The lady at the counter didn’t need to act like the rules boss there. Sigh. Horrific how are they handling such a critical pharmacy with such empathy? So many 1 star reviews. People please look elsewhere.

   Service has been terrible recently. Put an order through for my medication on Tuesday and went yesterday to collect, waited nearly an hour to be told they didn't have part of my prescription and to to go back on Monday. I work til 6pm and I'm also going away, on top of that I run out of my medication today. So I said that isn't possible and that I'd been waiting for nearly an hour, pharmacist said she'll get it delivered to me by Tuesday but I'll be surprised if they do turn up. On top of this whilst I was waiting there was another line for the flu jab vaccine that people were waiting for. A gentleman asked a member of the superdrug staff where the line was so he directed him, then for them all to be told by the one pharmacist they had in, that they haven't been delivered and they need to go back on Monday. There is no sense of urgency with the staff there to try and get the line down even though there was more than 10 of us waiting. However there was an older brunette lady that wore glasses who was very lovely and helpful so I'll definitely sing her praises. Would honestly avoid this pharmacy at the moment.

   You end up waiting 20-40 mins for a prescription that should have been ready and packed before you arrive. They don’t seem to get the prescriptions ready in advance instead they make you wait while they prepare, then tell you they don’t have it in stock and to come back. Very very frustrating. The pharmacist is also very rude, the rest of the staff are apologetic but that’s not good enough. 1 pharmacists 1 dispenser and some front desk staff who have to deal with the frustration.
