Confronted me saying weird sarcastic remarks such as "I don know why they prescribed you that" "That's weird" Didn't have any items from prescription. For one of them, said it's impossible to order. Sadly I ordered half of my prescription with them on Friday, came in to pick it up today but still not available. While other " impossible" to order items, were ordered and delivered next morning in a different pharmacy, without questioning, without a fuss. Ah, to be expecting healthcare in UK.. brilliant!

Grilled me about my dose. Said it was too high. Breached patient confidentiality. Absolutely will never go again. I advise any patients on controlled medication to avoid. Edit: If someone a little less informed about their own care was grilled like that they may have subsequently refrained from taking their medications (that are issued by a specialist for a complex underling medical condition), which could cause the patient to become seriously unwell or worse, death!

I would leave zero stars if I could. Ran out of my medication (there was a mistake on my prescription -I was supposed to be given a month's worth of tablets -I got given two weeks worth) explained this as the practice who gave me the prescription was closed for a few days. I was told they couldn't help me and I was left in the lurch. Today I was told I could have called 111 and gotten a emergency prescription. I was NOT told that when I went in to the pharmacy a few days ago. The pharmacist realised she had made a mistake, then lied and gaslight me to cover her own backside to cover up her own incompetence. She completely left me in the lurch unmedicated for 4 days when she SHOULD HAVE and COULD HAVE given me some useful advice. Realising her mistake she proceeded to lie and gaslight me. Dangerous neglect leaving a person in need of medication unmedicated for 4 days and withholding useful information that you are duty bound to provide. Neglect of duty of care completely leaving me in the lurch. Then emotionally abusive to cover her tracks because she made a mistake. Appalling treatment! Beware!

My recent visit to Grosvenor Medipharmacy left me with a mixed impression. The building appeared outdated and in need of some significant updates. It was clear that the facilities had not received proper maintenance and investment for quite some time. One of the first things I noticed was the lack of automatic doors, making access to the surgery less convenient, especially during cold/wet days. The main entrance, in particular, seemed to be a slide door that allowed a noticeable draft, and it required manual closing, which could be quite challenging due to its weight. This could be especially uncomfortable for patients during the colder months. Additionally, the door to the pharmacy utilized a pull-out mechanism that was not wheelchair-friendly. Given the presence of individuals with various medical conditions and concerns about the transfer of viruses through surface contact, these door handles raised hygienic concerns, which become even more crucial after the woke of the COVID-19 pandemic. Inside the waiting room of the surgery, an odd placement caught my attentionβ€”a tensiometer placed in the middle of the room, whose purpose was unclear. It was uncertain whether it was intended for patients to use or for clinicians. The pharmacy also seemed disorganized, with delivery boxes strewn about and a counter that appeared inadequately replenished. During a visit for a blood test, I was surprised to find that there was no armrest available. Instead, I had to lay my arm on an office desk cluttered with a computer, paperwork, and other office materials. This arrangement struck me as unprofessional and uncomfortable for patients. And lets not even talk about the prospect of getting a smear test done there… it’s far from the modern standards we expect today. Furthermore, the private room within the pharmacy, originally meant for consultations, appeared to have been repurposed as a stock and staff room, completed with a microwave. This change in usage might inconvenience patients seeking private discussions or consultations. Lastly, there was an unusual metal sliding gate between the pharmacy and the surgery, which seemed intended to separate the two areas at the end of the day. However, it appeared to be permanently closed and haphazardly covered with a plastic sheet. This gave an impression of a neglected and inefficient facility management system. In conclusion, my visit to Grosvenor House Surgery revealed a range of issues related to the building's infrastructure, organization, and overall upkeep. Addressing these concerns and modernizing the facilities would undoubtedly improve the overall experience for both patients and staff

Avoid dealing with unprofessional place. I visited them yesterday night for emergency need of oximeter, I waited for about 15 minutes because they didn’t know its price and as they sold it without batteries, I couldn’t try it. At home, I discovered that it doesn’t work. Now I am at the pharmacy to return it and they refuse because they need manager’s approval and she doesn’t reply to them. After another 15-20 minutes of debating and waiting they refund me. This attitude in medical organisation is a disaster
