   We cannot recommend the Glasgow West End store highly enough. From our initial enquiry right through to purchase, the experience was exceptional. Jade was particularly helpful on our first visit, taking the time to talk us through the different options available and clearly explaining the reservation process when we enquired about purchasing a kilt for our son, who lives in the States and was home for Christmas. We had visited other stores beforehand, but the level of customer service we experienced here made the decision an easy one. On the day of our son’s fitting appointment, we were warmly welcomed back into the store and once again guided through a range of options with thoughtful, knowledgeable advice. Nothing felt rushed, and we felt genuinely supported to make the right choice. We would wholeheartedly recommend McGregor & MacDuff, and in particular Jade, whose professionalism, warmth and expertise made the whole experience a pleasure.

   Was measured for a pair of tartan trews which the turn around was estimated at 8 weeks but due to Christmas holidays no promises. They were made in less than 3 weeks. Superb service. Also the 2 members of staff who served me on my 2 visits were brilliant and an asset to the company. Very happy customer.

   I contacted Mac&Mac to arrange to acquire a pair of tartan trousers. Once my appointment was organised, I arrived to be greeted by a warm welcome from the team and assigned to Mhairi for my fitting. Mhairi asked me a series of relevant questions and within 30 mins, including my wife and I debating my tartan selection. we were able to conclude my order with confidence. The whole process was charming and relaxed. I can’t wait to return for collection

   Went in for an appointment to buy a kilt outfit. From the moment I arrived I was well looked after. The stylist assigned to me Eve was incredibly knowledgeable, courteous, patient and helpful. At no point did I feel rushed and she as well as her male colleague whose name I didn’t catch seemed to go out their way to make the buying experience great for me. I’m eagerly awaiting the arrival of my outfit. Many thanks to Eve and the team for all their help! I very much look forward to buying with MacGregor and MacDuff again. They have gained a customer for life.

   Fantastic staff and fantastic service. Have been using MacGregor and MacDuff for kilts I've needed my entire life. Hired the Arran Mist Tartan for my brother's wedding and loved it that much I decided to take the plunge and buy myself the whole outfit. Can't wait until it's finished and ready to get picked up!

   They promise to price match and they 100% do. As someone who searches for the cheapest possible options versus quality for hours before buying something, I was skeptical at first thinking I’d definitely find cheaper - but no, these guys are by far the cheapest. And best of all the quality does not suffer with the lower price AT ALL. We bought bits in store and the rest that they didn’t have, we got online. Both times the service was fantastic.
