   I received two separate notifications stating that my medication was ready for collection. However, upon attending in person, I was informed that one prescription was only partially available and that the second prescription was not ready at all. This resulted in unnecessary travel and a significant waste of my time. I would appreciate it if greater care could be taken to ensure that collection notifications are only issued once all prescribed items are fully available.

   Terrible service and not very pleasant staff. I was due a prescription on 23rd may and after 4 visits I finally received it on 6th June although when I went for it to ask if it was ready yet because I didn't receive any text, apparently it had been there since the last time I visited

The pharmacy staff provided advice and recommendations, addressing customer needs. The cashier processed transactions efficiently, resulting in a smooth checkout experience.    So so slow!!! Always seem busy doing repeat prescriptions etc. As a walk in and wait you’ll wait a very long time. Quicker going elsewhere.
