   They never pick up the phone, very slow workers. If you try saying excuse me they get rude and take even longer. Not good at providing a service to vulnerable people

   The new owners are doing a terrible job! They never ever do their deliveries on time, and even when you chase them, they keep getting it wrong! They purposely put their phones off the hook - I know this because I tried calling for over 2 hours today and kept getting an engaged tone so I went into the pharmacy and saw nobody on the phone, so I called the number again - still engaged of course! They said they might have a problem with their phone line (that old chestnut!). I asked why my mums medication hadn't been delivered yet (1 week overdue), and they gave that same old excuse, blaming the GP... this has happened mostly every month since the new people took over, there were never any communication issues between the previous owners and the GP, and if any delays ever arose, the previous owners would let us know by making a simple phone call. THE NEW OWNERS ARE ABSOLUTELY INCOMPETENT AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED TO DISPENSE MEDICATION!

   Worst pharmacy ever I went to pick up my medicine they didn’t have they said they will order it so come tomorrow now today was the 5th day I was going regularly to pick up but they said we haven’t got it
